I hope with this diet and some home exercise in this lockdown time you will be able to reduce weight.
Weight loss becomes difficult when we do not follow the right method. In some cases, there are also underlying diseases like thyroid, but in case you are not having any symptoms, then the first thing in losing weight is following discipline. Discipline will help you lose weight in a healthy manner.
Protein is the first thing which will help in increasing or decreasing weight and the first thing we need to concentrate on. Getting a toned body with losing weight should be helpful. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health.
Eat:
The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily.
- Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water with one teaspoon of methi seeds, which will help in flushing out all the toxins and this will accelerate weight loss.
- Have a bowl of sprouts with a glass of bottle guard juice and an inch of ginger.
- After two hours, one fruit, possibly a seasonal fruit like oranges, papaya, guava.
- Lunch should have one buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable. Buckwheat will also make your bone stronger and help in reducing knee pain.
- Snack in the evening should have almonds and walnuts, apricots.
- Dinner should be done by 7 with soup, a bowl full of raw vegetable salad.
This will help a lot, continue for a month to see results.
Exercise:
- Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
- Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
- Pull-ups, pushups are all helping in order to increase muscle mass and loss weight. Exercises like swimming, jogging and running helps a lot (after you are allowed in your area)
Meditation:
In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.
Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.
A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.
Sleep:
Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.

Weight loss seems to be difficult when we don't know about the correct method. for losing weight, we need to remove the extra fat from the body without consuming more fat.
Diet
- Start the day with 2, 3 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body.
- Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices like beetroot juice, pomegranate juice, etc.
- Have a full bowl of sprouts in your breakfast with a fruit juice.
- Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping.
- Have while grains like barley, millets, oats.
- Replace white rice with brown rice.
- Cook oil-free.
Foods to avoid
- Avoid deeply fried oily foods and spicy foods.
- Avoid packaged and processed food items.
- Avoid sugars and sugary products.
- Avoid refined grains and refined oil.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Say no to tea and coffee.
- Avoid carbonated drinks.
Exercise
Without some physical activity, weight becomes difficult. Being physically active is also important for good blood circulation and metabolism.
- Walk 8,000 steps during the full day.
- Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.
- Do paschimottan asana, padahasta asana, chakra asana.
- Practice kapalbhati for 5minutes.
- Do plank for 5min.
Sleep
Lack of sleep and stress may also be the reason for weight gain. So, sound sleep is essential.
Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours regularly.
Avoid using electronic devices 1hour before sleeping. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep.

शरीर में खराब प्रोटीनों के बनने, शरीर के भीतर के पर्यावरण में बदलाव से हो सकता है।
शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से में दर्द का मुख्य कारक होता है शरीर में बढ़ा हुआ अम्ल शरीर का हाजमा खराब होने पर हमारे शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता हो जाती है शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता होने पर रक्त संचार में कमी आती है और यह दर्द का कारक बनता है। हर शैली में परिवर्तन करते ही वजन भी कम होगा और दर्द में भी कमी आएगी क्योंकि शरीर में अम्ल के मात्रा आहार शैली के परिवर्तन से कम हो जाएगा।

2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने, 5 मिनट पीछे, 5 मिनट दाएं, 5 मिनट बाएं, भाग में धूप लगाएं।दुख हमेशा लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए।
3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और हूं उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा।
घुटने पर खीरा और नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट लगा सकते हैं 20 मिनट के बाद उसको साफ पानी से साफ कर लें यह प्रतिदिन करना है। किसी भी वक्त किया जा सकता है इसे आप को विशेष लाभ प्राप्त होगा।
4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। तिल के तेल घुटने के अंदर हिस्से पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग, धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashgourd ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin) 50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgourd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
