Try to maintain the temperature of the surrounding.
Give the baby cold sponging 2, 3 times in a day.
Avoid heat to develop in the body.
Apply gulab jal and aloe vera gel.

कारण -घमौरियों में शरीर पर छोटे-छोटे लाल उभार हो जाते हैं। यह आमतौर पर शरीर के उन क्षेत्रों में होता है, जो कपड़ों से ढ़के रहते हैं, जैसे की पीठ, पेट, गर्दन, छाती का ऊपरी भाग, पेट व जांध के बीच का भाग या बगल। सामान्यतः घमौरी त्वचा के ठन्डे होने के बाद ठीक हो जाती है। घमौरी त्वचा का संक्रमण होता हैैैैैै यह किसी भी उम्र में हो सकताा है। यह पेट की गर्मी केेेेे वजह से होता है। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति में यह बहुत ही आसानी सेेेे ठीक हो से है।
समाधान -1. त्वचा जहां पर घमौरी हुई है वहां पर एलोवेरा पल्प लगाएं और गुड़हल के फूल या यानी hibiscus को उसके नहाने के पानी में अच्छे से मसल के मिला दे और छान लें। उस पानी से उसको स्नान करवाएं। इससे उसको बहुत जल्दी आराम आ जाएगा यह मैं अपनी 3 महीने की बेटी को भी करती हूं।
2. टेंडर कोकोनोट वॉटर उसको पिलाएं यह काफी लाभदायक सिद्ध होगा।
3. सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद और सूर्य अस्त से 1 घंटे पहले का सूर्य प्रकाश उसकी त्वचा केेे उन हिस्सों पर लगाएंं जहां की संक्रमण है।
4. एक तोलिया गिला करके उसके ऊपर उसको लेट आए। 20 मिनट तक उस पर लिटा कर रखें ध्यान रहे कि उसकी रीढ़ की हड्डी उस गीले तौलिए पर रहना चाहिए।
5. उसको सूती कपड़े़े़े ही पहनाए। बेबी कैथेटर की मदद से प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 50 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 2 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
