A chronic skin problem at early stage of life needs nature cure diagnosis for better recommendations.

We shall try and give some general interpretations of the state:

  1. Skin is the largest eliminating organ.

  2. All skin problems are toxic eliminations. Suppressing any chronify the problem.

  3. Skin pigmentation changes due to deep rooted enervation* in the organism.

  4. Enervation can be transported genetically, environmentally or through individual lifestyle.

  5. The chronic vitiligo is primarily a pigmentation problem and it does not hinder day to day life activities of an individual.

  6. The child should be appraised mentally and should not consider this as a big problem of life. The self-image of the child needs to be protected by the immediate caregivers.

  7. Inculcating conscious, consistent conservation of vitality reverses a lot of critical chronic health issues including skin problems. Habit of resting should be opted in all cases.

RIGHT HABIT OF RESTING is the solution towards conservation of vitality.

RESTING PHYSICALLY, RESTING PHYSIOLOGICALLY, RESTING PSYCHOLOGICALLY, as much as possible.

This would lead to CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY*.

Which would lead to reversal of the cause, naturally.

CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY* is the only route towards holistic wellness. This can happen in the following adoptions.

  • RIGHT INPUT HABITS - MORE TIME IN SUN, FRESH AIR, EATING A LOT OF RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLE.

  • BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP, UNDERSTANDING OF SENSE OF SEX and

  • STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT.

Basically following a healthy lifestyle such as giving him fruits vegetables and greens as a major part of his day whose recipes you can find on wellcure,

ensuring the body gets 20 mins of sunlight exposure either in the morning or evening

Trying to teach him that he is a normal child and good lifestyle will help his skin heal

Ensuring the child has a active playtime

Removing all negative foods such as diary meat eggs bakery foods, ready to eat packaged foods , sugar , Jaggery will play a big role in getting his skin to revive back.

Harmones also have a role to play, but again those are unbalanced due to an incorrect lifestyle of parents when he was conceived or after.

Either way, following the above consistently will make his skin get back it’s natural color in the next 2-3 yrs .. hopefully by the time he is 10-11 yrs WITHOUT any medication of any sort including creams, Ayurveda , homeopathy etc. I have known people who took these meds for ages and did not correct their lifestyle and even at 70 yrs they still have the same problem. Child is young and earlier to correct his lifestyle the better. As a family you must change to support him.

Hello. I assume your question is if you can help your son the natural way.

Over the last few years, ever since I am on the journey of Natural Living, I have come across many kids who have benefitted by following the laws of nature. What I have learnt is that kids have more vitality than us & their body is very resilient to come out of health issues. You should refer to our journeys section to go through a few inspiring turnaround stories of kids. These have been narrated by strong moms who worked really hard to help their kids get through. The kids are equally strong to have imbibed the changes. Some of these kids had asthma or skin issues or constipation, etc. They struggled for a while, but once they went to Mother Nature, they found relief.

Hence, I would strongly urge you to explore this path. And once you make up your mind to do so, I would suggest you work with an expert who can handhold you through the process. I could guide you to one if you are keen, let me know pls.

Hi! Vitiligo is basically an autoimmune disease, whereby the cells that produce skin pigment (melanin) are attacked and destroyed. Though I am not sure if any specific diet could help in the treatment of this condition, like in other autoimmune conditions it is advisable to increase your intake of immunity building foods. Hence I would suggest you increase your son's intake of fresh fruits and raw veggies. This could be in the form of salads, juices, smoothies, dips etc.

I suggest you try to keep him on just raw food for a few days and observe if that has any positive impact on the skin patches.
