It means your gut needs cleansing and the body's acid-alkalone balance is skewed. Either fast or stick to coconut water till it heals. Expose the areas to sunlight.

You can apply virgin coconut oil on the blisters to soothe them

If the gut is unclean then the body tries to stop the mouth from ingesting anything by giving painful blisters and assumes that the person will fast. It would take that time to clean the system. But we usually don’t do all that and we continue to keep eating.

So get to coconut water fruits and vegetable juices till the blisters reduce. This will also not add fuel to the fire.

For pain relief and healing the following can be done diligently as per nature cure principles

Take a mouthful of cold water and keep rinsing it like oil pulling till the water becomes warm ( about 2-4 mins ). Then it can be spit and repeated till the pain reduced

Another method if it’s severe is to use ash gourd juice to rinse like oil pulling instead of water. Once it becomes warm in the mouth, it can be spit out.

Next is one can take a juice of solanum Nigrum ( google the name in local language). In Kannada, it’s called kachehannu . They have blackberries that can be edible. Those leaves can be crushed and the juice can be drank on an empty stomach in the morning.

The long term remedy is to keep the stomach and gut clean by ensuring we don’t put junk and hope it will take care. It’s not a machine that is used in a scrap yard to reduce everything to pieces. It needs only raw food to be absolutely healthy. Even if cooked is taken, eat a whole food plant-based diet. Avoid processed refined foods including maida sugar and refined oils. Avoid diary meat eggs

Be blessed thanks

Namaste

I would like to add just one thing to all the above answers. The clean gut etc is the best way to keep the blisters away.

One short term fast remedy is sucking on GOND  an edible gum which is viscous and tasteless hardened sap from the acacia tree, twice or thrice a day. You may also soak it overnight and eat it with jaggery in the morning. It gives fast relief from the burn and pain.

This is not a cure. Just a fast relief.

For a long term solution you have to remove the root cause and that is enervation.

Be happy be healthy always
