Eating grapes & apples causes gum inflamation, why? I have tried different type of apples but that didnt help. I presoak all fruits for 30 mins in water & viniger 1tsp to get rid of pesticides if any.

Sometimes when we eat something & it leads to a reaction, we feel it doesn't suit us. But be rest assured that if you are eating Natural Foods, such reactions are only body's way of speaking with you. 

An apple a day keeps the doctor away.....so how can it not be healthful for you :-)

Grapes - eat them ripe. Nature has designed ripe fruits for us, when ripe their nutrition & flavor is at its peak. That's why if we eat it unripe, we get a sore throat. 

Inflammation - Any inflammation in the body is the body's way of signalling toxic overload. In your case, the signal may be getting activated due to apples & grapes, for someone else the trigger may be different.

What to do? 

1. Watch out for the grapes & apples you eat. They should be in season, ripe, locally available varieties. So if you live in India, buy Indian apples & not Washington, Indian grapes & not New Zealand grapes. By doing so, you are minimising intake of chemicals, at least to some extent......This is, in fact, applicable to all fruits & veggies you consume.

2. Focus on dental hygiene. Brushing your teeth twice a day with a natural toothpaste & rinsing your mouth after every meal you eat is a good practice. You may want to read this dental health journey - i-am-69-have-never-been-to-a-dentist.

3. Cleanse your system of toxic waste on an overall level by following healthy natural foods practice. Fruits and raw veggies are great cleansers for the body. Eat only fruits till 12 noon every day, eat as per hunger, no restriction on quantity. You can have fruits other than grapes & apples to start with. Have a big serving of raw veggie salads with cooked food in your lunch & dinner. If possible, have only 1 cooked meal a day. Stick to natural hydrating beverages such as coconut water, nimboo paani, etc. When you do all this, your body will get digestive rest & it will be able to focus on removing the accumulated waste.    

Co-incidentally I was just speaking to someone who was advised to stay away from bananas as there was some imbalance in his blood. So all his childhood & till the late twenties-early thirties, he did not eat bananas. But once he took to the natural way of life, the imbalances were taken care of & today he eats many bananas every day!!

Are grapes and apples seasonal where you live? Try buying organic and see if the same problem happens. Grapes and apples are highly sprayed fruits. So choose organic or only have seasonal fruits. Pre-soaking only removes part of the pesticides.

Inflammation is not caused by fruits. That’s a misunderstanding. Fruits act as cleansers in the body. If u have such a condition, the fruits you mention has the capacity to heal your gums. 

What causes those are the underlying problems of toxaemia or toxic condition of the body that’s causing an infection in the gums. Again bacteria is not to be blamed. They are natural scavengers. They come where there is food. Oral hygiene with a vegan toothpaste, regular flossing, regular oil pulling or water pulling is essential. Besides this the key is to keep the food alkaline - whole food plant based. Lifestyle that includes diary meat eggs etc will bring such conditions that you mention.
