Can you please guide me if flaxseed is heart healthy or not?

Hello Devika, 

Seeds are a really important part of our diet as they help it helps in giving a good part of proteins and needed vitamins in our diet. Flax seeds are beneficial for our vital organs like the heart, brain liver, and kidneys.

The best time to consume them is when you are an empty stomach for at least two hours. In the empty stomach, you can reap the benefit of these micronutrients needed in the body. Hence, take one spoon of flaxseeds two hours after any meal and get the most out of it. Even using flax seed powder in juices are beneficial.

Flax seeds are absolutely healthy for the heart. Flaxseed oil is regularly given to the patients who have a heart as well as other cardiovascular issues.

Flaxseed oil contains a healthy plant source Omega-3 Fatty Acid. Omega 3 is considered to be a good fatty acid that helps lower the risks of cholesterol and high blood pressure.

It also has a healthy amount of Alpha-Linolenic Acid which along with omega 3 keeps your heart healthy and smiling.

हेलो,
कारण - अलसी का सेवन शरीर के किसी एक हिस्से नहीं अपितु पूरेेेेे शरीर के लिए अच्छा है। परंतु अलसी को खानेे के नियमानुसार
अलसी खाना सेहत के लिए अच्छा है। उसको हमेशा भिगोकर खाना चाहिए और यह सलाद के साथ में दोपहर के खाने में या शाम के पकी हुई सब्जी में यूज किया जाना चाहिए। क्योंकि सुबह हमारा हाजमा नवजात शिशु की तरह होता है इसको सिर्फ अल्कलाइन वॉटर यानी हर्बल जूस और उसके बाद फलाहार की आवश्यकता होती है। सुबह खाली पेट शरीर किसी भी तरीके के फैटी एसिड को हजम करने में असमर्थ होता है। अलसी में ओमेगा 3 फैटी एसिड होता है जो कि शरीर के संचालन में बहुत आवश्यक है मगर यह उचित समय पर लिया जाए तो स्वास्थ्य दे सकता है और अनुचित समय पर लिया जाने पर शरीर को अस्वस्थ भी कर सकता है।
