Anything to do with the uterus can have many names. They cause its own symptoms and in this case the placement of the uterine lining. Surgery or medication is a short term quick fix for endometriosis, however best is to change the lifestyle that caused it. Shift to toxin free environment, chemical free food and emotional peace. The following may help:-
1. Balanced diet of fruits and raw vegetables.
2. Deep breathing one hour daily.
3. Sun bathing.
4. Plain water Enema twice daily for 90 days.
5. Spinal cord exercise or yoga asanas.
6. Meditation one hour daily.

One practice that will help in faster recovery is positive affirmations.
