Can someone list the seasonal fruits available in North/South/East and West India by each month? With frozen fruits almost all non seasonal fruits are sold at exponential prices which are also not very nutritious, so we should know which fruits are seasonal in each month by region. You can answer only for your region too.

हेलो,
सीजनल रीजनल लोकल फूड्स की अगर बात करें तो  कई फ्रूट्स ऐसे हैं जो कि सीजनल रीजनल एंड लोकल है। जैसे  पपीता, केला, अमरूद, मौसमी, अनार, अनारस ये सालों भर हर राज्य मेंं पाया जाता है। 
कुछ फल ऐसे हैं जो किसी राज्य में देर से और किसी राज्य में जल्दी ही मिलने लग जाता है। जैसे कि आम, शरीफा, चीकू, अमरूद, तरबूज और खरबूजे। गर्मि में यह फल अलग अलग राज्य में अलग-अलग समय पर मिलना स्टार्ट होताा है कहीं तो यह लंबे समय तक रहता है और कहीं दो-तीन महीने मेंं ही मिलना बंद हो जाता है। ऐसे ही सर्दियों में सेब, अंगूर, संतरे कई राज्योंं में मिलने लग जाता है और कई राज्यों में यह देर आताा है।

Eating what is in season is an easy way to beat the illness. Nature plans for perfection, if we follow its cycle and eat seasonal foods, being healthy is easy. Not only they taste better, they are even fresher and nutritionally rich.
For example, if you eat melons in winter then you are inviting a fever since it has cooling properties. They have a high water content and are packed with Vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium. Eating melons in summer when they are in season, refreshes you instantly. Similarly, every fruit is best for the health when consumed in its season.
Buy what is available in abundance in freshest form in your local market. It is the indicator of what's in season.

January fruits

Guava, grapes, papaya, pineapple, pomegranate, strawberries. 

February fruits

Chikoo, muskmelon, grapes, guava, papaya, oranges, pineapple, strawberries.

March fruits

Watermelon, mango, banana, orange, pineapple, muskmelon, grapes, strawberries. 

April fruits

Jack fruit, mango, watermelon, banana, orange, pineapple, muskmelon, grapes.

May fruits

Mango, papaya, black jamuns, lichens, jackfruit, watermelon, muskegon.

June fruits

Mango - kesar, alphonso 

July fruits

Mango, cherries, peach, plum 

August fruits 

Custard apple, mango.

September fruits

Guava, papaya, pomegranate, custard apple, passion fruit.

October fruits 

Guava, papaya, pomegranate, custard apple, passion fruit. 

November fruits

Orange, dates, guava, papaya, pomegranate, custard apple .

December fruits

Strawberries, orange, sweet lime, fig, guava, custard apple, pineapple.
