Some people have a family history of sweat glands being active on the face and head. It’s the way the skin as an organ wants to eliminate. Sweating is also an elimination. If the following is followed religiously over a period of time sweating / odour reduces

Eating healthy whole food plant based diet without oil

Eating majorly a raw diet

Having enough hydration

Avoid spicy foods

Avoid oily foods and wash your face and head often with cold water to avoid blocking of the pores

Avoid diary / meat / sugar / baked foods

In future sweating will reduce and even if one sweats it won’t stink.

Missed adding caffeine and tannin in the list that’s in coffee tea and even green tea. I know of a person who does not have a bad odour if they are not on caffeine and stinks and sweats more if they do.

The cooling fan on a processor in a computer is to keep the processor cool and avoid it's burn out.

Our forehead sweating is to keep our brain (processor) cool similarly. So sweating forehead is sign of heat in head region. There may be numerous causes and to just point one cause will be disastrous. So ideally get basic tests like sugar, blood pressure and blood lipid profile done.

Menopause is a highly misunderstood term and the symptoms have been taken for granted in today’s world.

The so called hot flashes happen to both men and women. Yes there is hormonal fluctuations but the hot flashes are not due to hormones. sweating happens if you apply your common sense is when body is trying to cool itself. When the liver is sluggish and due to the excess toxins, it generates a lot of heat that’s expelled from the body. Ofcourse whatever reasons there may be, the solution is to get the body cleaned. Menopause is usually very seamless when a person is leading a healthy lifestyle. Excess toxins in the body can lead to temperature fluctuations sporadically depending on the short circuits that happen in the electrical impulses. In many cases these mixed messages makes the body show that anxiousness whereas the person might actually not feel anxious too. This prompts the production of excess sweat. The healing is again only via getting that gut cleaned with a healthy low fat raw diet / whole food plant based high raw diet.

Hi! Clinically our face - particularly the forehead & scalp, have eccrine glands. These are the glands responsible for sweating and it is common to sweat on your face when hot - either due to high temperature or exercising. Our forehead, along with the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet, contain the highest concentration of eccrine glands so it's normal to sweat a lot on your face when hot.

In your question, it is not specified what are the conditions when sweating on the forehead occurs and also whether it is excessive sweating. The reasons could vary - it could simply be an individual difference or could be associated with an emotional trigger/anxiety/nervousnessor could be an indication of another medical condition.

But here in this case its a sudden symptom.one doubt is that it is a menopause symptoms.is there a possibility for that and what will be the remedy.

During menopause some women do experience what is called hot flashes ot night sweating. because of changing hormone levels, including estrogen and progesterone, affecting the body's temperature control.

Changes in these hormone levels affect the action of other hormones that are responsible for regulating the body's temperature. This causes the characteristic feelings of sudden warmth, flushing, and excessive sweating.

The frequency of hot flashes and night sweats differ between people. Some only experience occasional hot flashes while, for others, the symptoms can get in the way of daily life.

The remedy lies in adopting a healthy lifestyle - eating healthy, taking ample rest, staying active and avoiding stress. Avoiding spicy foods, processed & packed food, dairy, alcohol as well as smoking is highly recommended.
