Eating raw mangoes would not spike the sugar levels much as it has a low glycemic index. But it is important to know what else he or she is eating throughout the day to determine how well the body will be able to cope. There are many other factors that are to be specified here as whether he or she is type 1 diabetic or type 2 diabetic.

This question cannot be answered in just YES or NO!
According to Pure Nature Cure there is a single disease TOXAEMIA.
It is nothing but accumulation of toxin in the blood.
It happens due to unwanted spends of vitality because of which one cannot expel the evolved toxin out of the body.

Blood sugar etc. are symptomatic conclusions, not the CAUSE of the health problems.

Now, RAW mango can never cause health to deteriorate till the individual enjoys it as per her Voice of the organism.
Spike in the sugar level may happen for few individuals, but it is never considered as alarming in Pure Nature Cure.
We need to go deeper to understand health by exploring the toxaemic condition of the body.

Fruits in its natural form can never be harmful till the individual enjoys it.
