Hello User,

The root cause for every health problem is the accumulation of toxins in the body due to a wrong lifestyle and wrong eating habits. Accumulation toxins lead to a complete imbalance in the body and hormonal imbalances which leads to many health issues like white discharge i.e. leucorrhea, pain etc. Your problems are a result of heavy toxins. The body is giving you signs in the form of these health issues.
So, by making small changes in your daily habits you can achieve a healthy body and mind for sure.

Diet to follow-

  • Start the day with 2 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach as this will help in flushing out the toxins.
  • Have overnight soaked almonds.
  • Always be on a complete plant based natural diet.
  • Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
  • Include salads, nuts, beans in your diet.
  • Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres.
  • Include sprouts in your meals.
  • Replace white rice with brown rice.
  • Use cold-pressed oil for cooking.

Foods to avoid-

  • Avoid packaged foods and processed foods.
  • Avoid tea, coffee and other such drinks.
  • Avoid carbonated drinks.
  • Avoid deep-fried oily foods and spicy foods.
  • Avoid daily food items like milk, curd, paneer, butter as they are difficult to digest by the human digestive system and hence facilitates the accumulation of toxins in the body.
  • Also, avoid animal foods.
  • Avoid refined grains and refined oils.

Exercise

For a well functioning body, exercise is equally important as diet. Doing any kind of physical activity improves metabolism and also improves blood circulation.

  • Start your morning with a short morning walk of at least 30min.
  • Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.
  • Do paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana, padahasta asana regularly.
  • Do plank for 5min. Initially start by 1min and then gradually increase it upto 5min.
  • Do pranayam regularly.

Sleep

Sleeping pattern and quality are also very important as it helps in maintaining the circadian rhythm and also in managing the stress. A disturbed circadian rhythm and stress also lead to health issues. Hence, having proper sleep is important.

Take 8-10 hours of sleep regularly.

Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

Don't use any electronic devices 1hour before sleeping. Read books before sleeping. This will help to improve the quality of sleep.

Thank you
