My eyes gets medium red after I wake up in morning, after that it becomes normal but seems infected, eye drop nefcoz is also not effective, what to do, it's since 7 days, I remain on screen for 7-8 hours daily, plz suggest me remedy.

Hello Rakesh,

Eye health depends on our diet, blood circulation, lifestyle habits, and also to some extent heredity. 

Diet

  • Include Vitamin C in your diet as it is necessary for healthy eyes. So, have blueberries, amla, orange, lemon, etc. 
  • Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits, sprouts. This will help to get the easily absorbable essential nutrients. 
  • Have fresh fruits like banana, pomegranate, etc, and green leafy vegetables. 
  • Drink plenty of water during the day. 

Habits

  • Avoid excessive use of electronic equipment like mobiles, laptops, tv, computers, etc. This will create stress to the eyes which may result in eye disorders. 
  • Drink plenty of water during the day. 

Exercise 

  • Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. This will help to improve the blood circulation in the whole body.
  • Do shirsha asana, ardha shirsha asana as this will help to improve blood circulation towards the head.
  • Walk barefoot on grass early in the morning. 
  • Take early morning sun rays daily. 

Sleeping 

A proper sleeping pattern is important to relieve stress. Stress may also be the reason for eye disorders. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.
