Can 8 hours of sleep be completed by adding 6 hours night sleep and 2 hours afternoon nap?

Hello Kuldip,

Yes, your sleep will get completed but just by the number of hours.
But the quality of sleep and health benefits that you will get at night is not possible during the day. Also, sleeping during the day will harm your health in several ways.
Hence, it is best to complete your sleep at night. Sleep early at night at around 10pm and wake up early in the morning at around 6am. 
For am increased quality of sleep, read books before sleeping and avoid electronic gadgets like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc.
