My mother has been diagnosed with cervical spondylitis. She has tried allopathy but it is of no use. She is currently undergoing physiotherapy. Is there any other way to cure it naturally?

My mom had a similar issue which she absolutely reversed via lifestyle and exercises. She got it when she was quite stressed and hardpressed for time as a teacher and long standing hrs and hand usage writing on boards. So good news is this can heal brilliantly. 

Lifestyle changes combined with exercises only work and not just one in this particular case 

food wise. Keep her on a high raw fruits veggies and greens diet and cooked must be whole food plant based meal and no oils used in cooking. Google for how to cook without oilS . We all do

remoev diary meats and animal foods, wheat , sugar , refined oils 

take her for a sunbath or exposure to early morning sun 30 mins and let her do some deep  breathing while she is doing that 

enema daily once 

cooling wet pack for the neck daily for few mins twice a day 

drink s lot of juices from vegetables that have water content 

once she feels better 

following exerxise must be done daily 6-7 time 

1 ) stand with feet apart but comfortably. She can sit if she cannot stand. Put pressure on the forehead wit the palms backwards while the head is trying to lean fwd. similarly head leaning backward while palms at the back of the head pushing fwd. 

2) relax and do some warm ups with neck exerxise like bending on all sides 12 counts 

3) shoulder rotations cw and acw 

3) apply cooling wet pack and relax

Cervical spondylitis is not easily curable anywhere but you can manage the pain and reduce the prognosis condition with the help of naturopathy.
1) Apply hot bag to the cervical painful area
2) Revulsive compress - hot bag for 2 min and ice bag for 1 min - repeated for 4-5 times
3) Posture modifications during sleeping, prolonged sitting while working and driving
4) Diet - have more Flax seeds, Almond, Vitamin b12 rich food- that will improve and strengthen the function of nerve and pain also reduces
5) Avoid all the contraindicated postures - forward bending
6) Back exercise is necessary to relax the muscle and reduce pain every day - slowly with breathing pattern recommended.

Cervical spondylosis is a disorder that affects the joints of the neck and causes severe pain. It occurs due to the growing age, incorrect postures, stress on the neck, injuries in the neck etc.

Its initial symptoms are like Pain in the Neck, Shoulder, weakness muscles, Headache, pain in fingers and arms.

People should avoid doing power yoga in such case. . Can do basic yoga, after yoga expert consultation to see the improvement.

Also there are many natural healing if you follow this regularly:

1.Take two clove of garlic,Consume it along with water every morning empty stomach.

2. Drink Herbal Ginger tea:
Take 2 cups of water
Put it on the gas
Add 5-6 slices of ginger
Let it boil till the time water becomes half its original quantity
Add honey to taste
Drink it
Repeat this process twice a day

3. For external application:

Take few drops of Sesame Oil
Apply it over the affected area
Massage the area gently
Do it for 5-6 min
Apply a hot compression over the area
Repeat this process twice a day

All this will help to overcome slowly and will see permanent relief. Thanks.

Avoid: Sleeping in bed.  Sleep on the floor using mat. Do not sit for longer time. Rotate head and move hands and legs freely.
