I am suffering from post nostril drip in throat due to allergic sinusitis. Please suggest how can I cure in natural remedies?

In Postnasal drip, where the body's immunity is at stake, and with this, we have to keep our body-safe. The body's immunity is hampered because of the fact that the body is continuously getting exposed to toxic things that need to be protected.

Eat:
Here are a few things which we need to take care of is:
Avoiding, milk, and milk products refine sugars and salt, anything which is packed needs to be avoided.
Now, what to eat?
- Start your day with vegetable juice, green leafy vegetables, carrot, cucumber, bottle gourd can be your choices. Sprouts are another thing which can be given as breakfast.
- After lunch two hours later you can give a cup of ginger honey tea. This can be helpful.
- Sprouts have a good amount of Vitamin C which will help in treating immunity, sweet potatoes are another good source of vitamin C. Inducing legumes in the diet is also another good way of treating sinusitis which is causing post nostril drip.
- A Tulsi leaf has given with a glass of warm water, empty stomach in the morning will help in removing the toxins.
Exercise:
Now let us understand the exercise part:
- Deep breathing exercises like pranayama will be helpful in the treatment of the problem.
- Doing cat and cow poses from our yoga books helps in improving lung capacity and clears the respiratory tract from toxins.
- Go for an early morning walk in the sun, by taking in the fresh air and the sun will activate the cells and increase immunity.
Sleep:
Sleep is the most important part, the importance of early to bed and early to rise helps laot in healthy body. Avoid using any gadget and using it, please avoid an hour or two before sleep.

Sinusitis is a condition that results due to the deviation of the nasal septum, respiratory tract infections, certain allergies, or other medical conditions like HIV, cystic fibrosis, etc.
Sinusitis may lead to nasal congestion, thick discolored discharge from the nose, pain, inflammation, and tenderness around eyes, nose, cheeks, forehead, reduced sense of smell and taste.
What to do?
- Avoid upper respiratory tract infections. Stay away from persons having a cold and cough.
- Avoid cigarette smoking.
- Avoid dust, dirt, and polluted air.
- Try to manage your allergies by avoiding allergens.
- Practice jal neti. This will help to clear the sinuses.
Diet
- Eat only plant-based natural foods.
- Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they may also trigger the allergy because they are not meant for our human digestive system.
- Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
- Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet.
- Say no to alcohol.
- Use cold-pressed oil for cooking instead of refined oils as refined oils may also lead to allergy.
- Drink plenty of water during the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and also to be hydrated.
Yoga and Pranayam
- Practice anulom-vilom pranayam regularly.
- Do suryanamaskar daily.
- Do paschimottan asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana and padahasta asana.
