Hello User,

Sunken cheeks occur when you don't have enough tissues between your zygote and your mandible. Both men and women can have them.
Sunken cheeks are often attributed to the aging process, which causes you to lose facial fat. Sunken cheeks can also be the result of other factors like -

  • Illness
  • Nutrional deficiency 
  • Environment 
  • Personal habits

There a number of natural methods to get chubbier cheeks. Some involve physical methods like exercise, some involve nutritional diet intake and some require local application.

Facial exercise 

Also called as "facial yoga", facial exercises tone the facial muscles for more youthful appearance. 

  • Lift the cheek muscles while pursuing your lips together and smiling. Then, put the fingers of each hand on either side of your mouth and lift your cheeks by sliding your fingers up to the top of the cheeks. Hold the position for 20 secs.
  • Close your mouth and fill your cheeks with as much air as you can. Hold the position for 50 seconds and the slowly blow out the air.

Local application of aloe vera

Aloe vera gel contains antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin E and is beneficial for the skin. It has anti aging effects, hence its application is beneficial for the skin.

Diet

  • Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water to be hydrated. 
  • Eat fresh fruits, specially apples as they contain antioxidants, vitamins A, B and C. Eating fruits regularly prevent tissue damage.
  • Eat nuts, beans and sprouts to get the essential nutrients. 
  • Eat only plant based natural foods. 
  • Replace dairy milk with almond milk.
