Why don’t we eat curd and drink milk together?

Both are not designed to be consumed by human beings. They are the food of another mammals baby.

Is dairy a habit or a need?

Basically milk is requirement of infants because during lactational period  ,the milk of lactating female consists of colustrum which provides the infants antibody igA.
And the enzyme that digests milk protein(casein) I.e renin is present in infants .
There isn't a particular method of digestion of milk in adults.
So we should try to avoid dairy products and focus more on green vegetables and fruits.

Stay healthy.
Thank you.
