Hi, I am suffering from vertigo and dizziness since 2018. I have C1-C2 cervical disc atlantoaxial instability which was caused by neck injury in the past. I have consulted many doctors but nothing is working. Excercise of neck make it worse. Doctor is suggesting some surgery. Please suggest any treatment.

We understand that it must be challenging for you to deal with, let's understand vertigo. Vertigo is a symptom and not a condition. It is a sensation of losing balance. It is often a presenting symptom of toxic overload in the body. Once you start working Vertigo will go off gradually.
You can start working on these things:
1. Avoid Caffeine intake: Caffeine is present in coffee, tea, chocolate, energy drinks and colas. It may increase the ringing sensation in the ear of the person who has vertigo issues.
2. One inch of ginger crushed, with one teaspoon of lemon in one cup of water boil it for 5-10 minutes, let it cool and have it early morning empty stomach. It will help in treating vertigo.
3. Diet Rich in Real and Natural Foods: Avoid grain-based breakfast and switch to breakfast till 12 noon.
