Namaste Sunendu,
Thank you for sharing your concern with us, COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) many factors can lead to Lung issues. It could be stress-based, it could be based on what you inhale that will inflame the bronchial passage, it could be due to nerve inflammations due to a bad lifestyle, It could also be due to viral activity.
You can start following these tips to deal with it Naturally:
1. Take lukewarm water to sip to bring in some relief. Add pieces of ginger and lemon along with a few pinches of turmeric to your water. you can have it in the morning empty stomach.
2. Steam Inhalation – Inhaling steam for 5 to 10 minutes, by adding a few drops of essential oils like eucalyptus helps in melting the mucus accumulated in the air passages, helping to reduce breathing difficulties.
3. Certain foods like processed foods, refined grains, white sugar, and animal products like dairy, meat, and oils cause phlegm to build up in your lungs and other parts of the respiratory tract. Embrace a healthy diet that consists of a majority of raw vegetables and fruits, and smaller quantities of energy-dense foods like nuts, seeds and sprouts. Limit cooked food in your meals.
