Thank you for sharing your query with us. Macadamia nuts are healthy and alkaline in nature. They are rich in Fiber and a good amount of monounsaturated fat. As long as you are eating in moderation, like a 10 in a day. The body is completely capable of dealing with acidic waste. The problem arises when our foods are more acidic than alkaline.
