Namaste

Disc herniation takes time to reverse and heal. I had dealt with a similar case last year. Our approach was completely natural lifestyle change based. And he had started recovering.

For proper advice on the right course of action you should get a proper diagnosis done and get adviced accordingly. Do not hesitate to get in touch.

Hi There,

The spinal reactivity happens when the body chronifies a simple toxaemic state due to repeated knowing or unknowing suppressions.

It is reversible with a consistent approach. This might take time and need patience.

If you really are interested in Natural cure of the problem without suppression, I would urge you to consult with a chiropractor and a competent Nature Cure Practitioner to assist you in this journey. A spinal chiropractic diagnosis is to be done to enhance the spinal care, in your case.

Thank you...

Lower back ache is sign of toxin accumulation in lower part of the body below diaphragm. Improve your digestion and gut health.

Go for only fruits breakfast, salad for lunch and cooked food for dinner only. Finish your dinner two hours before you sleep.

Avoid rigorous exercise.
