I'm a 28 years old of, I have a sudden weight gain in my body and my belly fat is increased alot. I don't eat anything junk outside just eat Tandoori snacks outside and home chapatis twice a day. Please tell me how can I loose my belly fat. And also I feel lathaergic by the evening 6 pm. Feeling like to sleep even after taking 6-7 hours daily.

Hi there ,

I will advice you to go and get your thyroid level checked . Weight gain can be because of multiple factors starting with lack of physical exercises or activities , stress or anxiety , hormonal imbalances and many more . Please do go and get your thyroid and fat analysis report .

The belly fat is an indication of accumulated old matter in your intestines. The feeling of lethargy is because what ever you eat is not being able to be digested, the nutrients are not well absorbed and waste matter not properly eliminated. The feeling of going back to sleep even after 7 hours of sleep is actually the sign from your body demanding for rest. Because your body can clean and heal itself only when you give it enough rest.

when we say rest, it doesn't mean only sleep. It means Physical , mental and physiological. Physical rest means good nights sleep. mental means keeping away from stress and stressful people and situations. Physiological rest means rest to your stomach too.

And that you can do by changing your food habits for now until you lose your belly fat. And if you start liking the new version of you, you may continue with the same.  Stop the tandoori snacks and parathas. Instead substitutre it with loads of fresh locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables. This could sound a bit crazy but it is doable. Include just little sprouted grains or soaked nuts too to your diet. You can get a detailed diet plan after getting a proper diagnosis done and you can also get support through out your healing journey if you need.

Rest of the things you may need to incorporate into your life will ne connecting with nature. Getting lots of sun exposure by going out in the sun every morning and evening. Breath in fresh air. Practice deep breathing. Connect with mother earth. go barefoot walking or spend tome working in the garden.

Once you start eliminating old matter from your body you will need to see to it that your body is well toned up. not just after. you will need physical excercise to move the old stuff out from your body. So get into a yoga class, go for brisk walking or join an out door sport.  Planking is a good way of tightening the core too. So make the required changes and enjoy the journey from lethargy to being superfit.

जो भी हम खा रहे हैं वो ठीक से हज़म ना होने के कारण मोटापा हो रहा है।

खाना बदलना है खाने का तरीक़ा बदलना है।

सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) २० ग्राम पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

केवल फल ही नाश्ता लें, खाने में एक टाइम केवल कच्चे सब्ज़ियों का सलाद खाएँ।

खाना अच्छे से चबा कर खायें, खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी या जूस ना लें और जूस और पानी को बैठ कर पीएँ

एक बार में १००ml से ज़्यादा पानी ना लें।

खाना खाने के २घंटे बाद पेट पर सादे पानी की पट्टी रखें।

नियमित रूप से व्यायाम करें ३० मिनट का और सुबह में १० मिनट अनुलोम विलोम प्रयाणाम करें।

Don't worry start some physical exercise on daily basis this will help you...you can choose to go for  walk in the park or go to gym as it suits you but bring physical exercise as a part of your daily routine.

Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned

End up with;

Increased body fat
Breathlessness on exertion
Excessive sweating with bad odor

Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice

Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc.

Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks.

Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables.

Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals.

Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control weight gain.

Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy for weight loss.
