Namaste,

Varicoceles affect about 10 to 15 per cent of men. A varicocele occurs when a bulge results from enlarged veins inside the scrotum. ... Sperm health affects fertility, so it is essential that the veins can cool down the blood. Most people with a varicocele do not have symptoms, but some may experience fertility issues.

Take sufficient amount of vitamin and fertility supplement.
Try to maintain a healthy well-balanced diet so that you should not be overweight. Since overweight affects the testosterone and estrogen levels.
Exercise regularly but do not overdo the procedure. As intense and over-exercise could lead to low sperm count.
Stay away from toxins such as junk food, outside foods, fast foods etc.
Do not overstress. Do yoga to keep your mental as well as physical health calm and controlled.
Massage your body with herbal oil so as to increase the blood circulation which in turn increases your sperm count.
Maintain a well-balanced diet and be hydrated all throughout the day, eat fruits, nuts and fresh organic vegetables. Disorders like anaemia or malnutrition could also lower your sperm count.
Also cut down on caffeine products such as soft drinks and coffee.
Do not put your cell phone in the trouser pocket or laptop on your lap, avoid too much heat.
Take deep good night sleep.

Try all the above and work it out.

live and let live Natural.
