Suffering from teeths pain

Make sure you are taking adequate diet and calcium ( milk and makhanas and many other sources)are much needed element for teeths.
Sometimes roots becomes weak which causes pain. You can change your toothpaste (eg:- Vantej) which soothes the roots and thus reduces the pain.You can use clove oil it also serves the purpose.

Mehak.. animal milk is not healthy. And the calcium that’s in it is meant for it’s calf not for a human being.

In natural cure we don’t speak about elemental intake. Body acts on food. Plenty of people around us are on animal milk and do you see them absorbing any calcium from that milk ? They are in turn suffering from all kinds of bone related issues. We don’t talk about elements like calcium potassium etc .. even if you don’t eat fruits that ‘ studies show have it’ , body makes those it needs. We have to have a good spread of seasonal fruits veggies greens and that’s more than enough for a good diet. How many foods can a person go behind ? Is he expected to know about all that jargons to live a simple life? Why do we have to bother about what the body makes ? Our job is to give it the food it can best use and conserve the vitality. That’s all is our job. Rest of it the body takes care. Life is too simple. Internet and knowledge and science has made life seem too complex

Avoid carbonated drinks,alcohol,smoking.
Keep clove between your teeths. 
Avoid having cold and hot drinks together.
Don't have junk food,street food.
Gargle and rinse your mouth with neem water.
Maintain hygiene.

Hello, 

Keep small onion in the painful area or keep clove or gargle with rock salt medium hot water to overcome pain. 

Make an habit of brushing teeth with neem stick weekly once to overcome germs and root gums become strong. 

Live Healthy..

Rinse with salt water after every food and drink and also go on a liquid only ( veg or fruit juices without sugar ) for 1-2 days. It will be ok
