I'm suffering from fever from past 5 months my Dr. Had given me medicine now fever is not there but I have rashes on thighs which pains alot. Kindly help me.

Fever is a good form of elimination of toxins by the body. If your body is trying to send some junk out for 5 months, you must let it go. Go on a juice fast for 3 full days and fruits for the next 15 days along with juices. Add water enema to the routine daily. You will detox. In future stop all animal foods, follow a medicine free , whole food plant based life with focus on raw till dinner .

Due to toxin mixed in your blood, you see such rashes in your body.

This may be due to medication side effects and poor diet some times may cause.

Take 200 ml carrot juice, or a combination of carrot juice with beet and cucumber juices. In the case of mixed juices, 50 ml each of beet and cucumber juices should be mixed with 100 ml of carrot juice to prepare 200 ml of mixed juice. Drink for relief

Heavy foods including dairy products, fried foods, cold foods, rice, beans and legumes should be avoided.

Eat at least 2 hours before going to bed.

Yoga and breathing exercises (Pranayama) can be helpful.

Squeeze half a lime in a glass of lukewarm water and sweeten it with a teaspoon of honey. Take it once daily first thing in the morning for several months. It not only flushes the system of toxins but also acts as an anti-allergic agent.

नमस्ते

 

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सुबह के धूप शरीर को लगाएँ।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम भी10 मिनट के लिए करें और भ्रमरी प्राणायाम 10मिनट के लिए करें।

सुबह बेल्पत्रा5 को पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिलाएँ और पीएँ, 2घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, 12 सफ़ेदपेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ शाम को5 बजे पालक10पत्ते+पान1/2 पीस कर100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, रात के खाने में सलाद खाएँ जिसमें हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल,हरा,पीला शिमला मिर्च1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं

तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करें।
