Hello

Permanent weight loss can only happen when we change our entire lifestyle not if we take this or that. These are all advertisments trust me. 

I have lost 22 kgs in one year..

There many answer in the Q and A section pls see about the weight loss.

Apple cider vinegar is not a good option for doing weight loss as it something which is made by decomposition of bacteria.
If you want to go on a weight loss journey you can have more no of options to follow.

Ap[ple Cedar Vinegar is not good for the human body. It is a type of acid. Food which have life will help your system to function better and ultimately shed weight in the process. So please think on the lines of what natural plant based foods could help my system fuction better.

Firstly make sure you are talking about weight because some time we get confuse in between fats and weights. Fat burning exercise and healthy diet can help you alot

Hey,
Why to use apple cider vinegar for weight loss.
You don't need it to loose weight. 
You can loose your weight by making very small positive changes to your life.
Cook oil free.
Drink a lot of water.
Take a good quality sleep at night.
Take your dinner 2-3 hours before going to bed.
Sleep early and get up early in the morning. 
Do jogging, skipping, yoga.
Eat natural foods and avoid junk food ,dairy products. 

There are many QAnd A related to weight ,you can go through that also.

You have to ask yourself if apple cider vinegar is a fresh , natural product. If not, it cannot give you healthy weight loss.

apple cider vinegar must not be used if you want to follow a healthy lifestyle. It’s a stale and old food where bacteria has come to decompose it. Dead food does not bring life inside you. To lose weight, you must instead live a life that’s as close to nature possible by following a whole food plant based diet with more focus on fruits veggies and greens as your main meal content, get off animal products sugar outside food etc. Join a yoga or gym and sweat it out for 1.5 hrs atleast with a combo of yoga meditating and pranayama . Dear health seeker, apple  cider vinegar is a  diluted acetic acid and  in  more than a few cases its  synthetic one, by no  stretch of imagination it  could be  health  promotive 

Only healthy lifestyle promotes health, Find out the cause of your health issues (obesity) and try to include fresh and healthy lively foods, do exercise, household errands such as mopping, cleanings, washing clothes, walking, cycling, gardening, stairs climbing will greatly help reduce your extra fats.

Apple cider vinegar not meant gor weight loss. 
Its better to choose healthy fresh fruits that will help you in weight n keep you healthy n active.
citrus fruits are good for weight loss.
eat veggies n salads.
avoid heavy grains banana potato pulses sweet potato,milk if you want to reduce your weight.
Do exercise daily 30 min.

नमस्ते,
 सेव का सिरका वजन कम करने के लिए सही नहीं है !

भोजन का सही सेेे पाचन व मल का निष्कासन सही से न होने की वजह से, अधिकतम वसायुक्त चीजें, ठंडे पेय पदार्थ इत्यादि के सेवन से, क्रोध ,ईर्ष्या, चिंता, आलस्य ,दिन में कई बार भोजन करने से वजन बढ़ने लगता है !

निम्नलिखित योग व प्राकृतिक उपचार इसमें सहायक है-

 

*पानी उबाल ले उसे ठंडा होने पर मिट्टी के बर्तन में रख लें व प्रतिदिन प्रातः खाली पेट व एक गिलास हर घंटे सेवन करें, भूख कम करता है, शरीर की अम्लीयता को भी कम करता है व भोजन का अच्छे से पाचन होता है !

 

*प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू और शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों की अच्छे से सफाई हो जाती है व जमा मल बाहर निकलता है !

 

*प्रतिदिन प्रातः 7:00 से 9:00 के बीच आमाशय क्रियाशील रहता है ,शरीर की अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती रहती हैं इस समय मौसमी फलों के जूस का सेवन सर्वोत्तम रहता है !

 

*सप्ताह में 1 दिन उपवास रहे इससे शरीर के पाचन संस्थान में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं व पाचन संस्थान की कार्य क्षमता बढ़ जाती है !

 

*सप्ताह में 1 दिन पूरे शरीर की मालिश व वाष्प स्नान- इससे शरीर में स्थित अशुद्धियां बाहर निकल जाती है ,स्वेद ग्रंथियां खुल जाती है जिससे पर्याप्त मात्रा में पसीना बाहर निकल जाता है !

 

#निषेध- चाय, चावल, चीनी ,अचार ,मिठाइयां, नमक ,नमकीन ,ठंडे पेय पदार्थ,तली भुनी चीजें, मांस ,नशीली चीजें -अम्लीय पदार्थ होते हैं जो शरीर की रक्त की क्षारीयता को कम कर देते हैं, जिससे शरीर से मल नहीं निष्कासित हो पाता वह अंदर ही सड़ने लगता है जिससे रक्त का पीएच भी अम्लीय होने लगता है वअंगों की कार्यक्षमता कमजोर हो जाती है !
