Hi there ,

It is more important to check your height and weight proportion rather then your age and weight proportion however if you want to reduce your weight first of all you have to check the quality and quantity of your food intake . Knowing What to eat , how to eat and when to eat is very important . Cut down the excess amount of carbs and oily junk food . Consume more greens and fruits . Drink 3-4 liters of water daily . Not forgetting the physical exercises or workouts daily . Swimming , cycling , jogging , walking , yoga and meditation will help you maintain your body in shape .

Hello Ji,

Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables.

Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks.

Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato.

Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yoghurt, cream, chocolate, etc.

Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals.

Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy for weight loss.

Thanks.
