I am 21 years old. But the growing rate of my beard is not normal. What remedies should I use??

Hi,

Don't lose hair on the head by worrying about the hair on the chin - in the end, both have no importance though. Isn't life a lot more than some hair here and there?

But I will help you, nevertheless. Do Pranayama - Kapalbhati in particular - after doing some Yogasana. If you can learn and do Surya namaskar twice everyday, that will be the best, otherwise do Sarvangasana and Bhujangasana, and go for brisk walks. When your general mind-body wellness improves, everything will.

Affirm everyday that you are progressing in every way - in life and looks alike. Never doubt it, even when there are temporary setbacks.

नमस्ते

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

२ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

सलाद दोपहर १ बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, 

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट चेहरे पर २० मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

By scrubbing and rinsing your skin and beard with small onion or garlic clove and warm water at least once a week, you'll remove these cells, thus helping new facial hairs grow faster. After that, apply your beard oil and massage it thoroughly into your skin and beard.

Hi, I understand at this age such issues become of paramount importance! Bt trust me, its not useful to worry about this and loose more hair :)

Just conentrate on building  a healthy lifestyle from this age. What has to grow will grow and what has to shrink will shrink as designed by nature :)
