This condition could have a partial management through Natural Therapies. Some simple lifestyle modifications and home therapies could benefit to certain extent

  • Avoid mucous diets namely ladies finger, brinjal, maida products, fried or oily items, non-vegetarian foods etc
  • Try steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil and basil oil or even you may add tulsi leaves
  • Decotion made out of pepper, tulsi leaves, betal leaves, dried ginger, jaggery could work as a expectorant to remove the mucous from your respiratory tract
  • Managestress and have good sleep
  • Avoid dust and sandy environments which could aggrevate the condition
  • Try to practice deep breathing exercises and pranayam like Suryanadi,Suryabhedana, Nadishodhan and to relieve headache if it persists then you could add Brahmari as well which could help in relieving headache

I would suggest you to get a ultrasound or mri done to get an idea  how much polyps are obstructing your nasal tract through a consultation with an ENT Surgeon. Sometimes even after surgery this condition has a tendency recur again. Hence trying to live naturally might be the best choice provided there is no complete obstruction of nasal passage, if in that case surgery may be recommended.
