I am having shortness of breath dizziness and headache for 1 week. What are the remedies?

You and your body both need rest please. You need rest from stress, strain and worrying.

Your body needs rest from over working. Stop intake of highly processed food, white sugar, white salt,refined flour and refined oil. Eat more of Fresh, locally grown Seasonal fruits. Start as late in the morning as possible with your breakfast. And break your fast with juicy fruits. Eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables.

Eat only if you are hungry so that the body doesnt have to over work. And never over eat. give your stomach good rest. This way your body will start ceaning up old matter. and this way your energy will get freed up and you will start feeling better.

Go out in the nature. get fresh air, sun and some grounding. As the toxins from your body go on clearing you will start feeling better. so please dont forget to rest..... body mind and digestive system!!

Hi,
You are not having enough contact with nature.Our body is made up of the same elements that we see in nature. 
Avoid working on mobile,computers and TV.
Have a walk early in the morning in a garden or in a place where trees are present. This will help you to get the fresh air and vitality. 
Include natural foods in your diet like fruits,vegetables, salad.
Walk barefoot on grass in the morning. 
Drink plenty of water.
Take the morning sun rays. You will feel a good positive energy inside you.
