Hi, my mind is thinking negatively most of the time. Emotionally I am feeling weak.

Hi Durva,

Mental health is an important component of your overall well-being. In that sense, your thoughts do determine your health condition. Having no control over your thoughts is not healthy. Suggest you may start by practising yoga, meditation and stress-relieving techniques like deep breathing, chanting etc.

Try to socialize more and be with family and friends more often.

If required, do seek professional help.
