Hi. In Nature Cure we do not break down foods into carbs, proteins, fats, etc. The idea is to not over complicate things. Nature has given us a wide variety of foods. Your aim should be to eat Natural Foods in their raw, fresh, whole forms. Read this blog on Natural Foods to know more. When you eat natural foods, you will get the carbs you need.

  • Eat as per hunger, sit & eat in peace, chew properly.
  • Have a diet rich in fruits, raw veggies, sprouts & some bit of nuts, seeds, whole grains. Your carbs will be taken care of.
  • Keep raw more than cooked.
  • Avoid white sugar.

Your weight does seem to be a bit more for your height. But once you make changes in your lifestyle based on above, body will shed excess weight. Wellcure is running a 6 week weight management program next month. You may like to explore that.
