Namaste

Please do not worry. One can manage the blood glucose levels in the body by shifting to a majorly raw plant-based diet. And getting your daughter into a healthy lifestyle where she spends some time in sun daily, breathing in fresh air and getting in touch with mother earth.

Start her day with a walk in the fresh air. followed by a session of yoga. Break the fast with seasonal fresh locally grown fruits as late as possible. Give her salads with lots of greens in them.

Please stop dairy completely, no meat or eggs, no refined sugar, salt, oil or flour. No packaged or processed food.

Let her sleep well at night.

Just a lifestyle change and healthy food habit change can help her health to get back on track.

Dear Rajay - As others have explained well, this can be taken care of through a natural lifestyle. So don't worry about it. Yes it will need some effort & commitment from you, your wife & daughter. Its best to work with a Nature Cure practitioner / naturopath / Natural Health Coach who can give you a day by day plan, monitor your daughter regularly & hand hold you through the process. Pls message me one-on-one if you wish to explore this.

Do read the Journeys section for diabetes reversal & kids related natural healing Journeys. Kids are very resilient, you just have to give their body a chance!!

Best wishes.

Hi Rajay,

There is nothing to worry about your child with these readings, at all!

If you wish her to inculcate a life synced with nature, approach it holistically.

Here are a few tips...

INPUTs need to be as natural as possible.

  • Ample sunlight exposure
  • Fresh air and rhythmic breathing habits
  • The right quality of water inputs.
  • A lot of raw fruits and vegetables in the solid food category.

ACTIONs need to be also in sync with nature:

  • Enough physical activities and stretching exercises.
  • Posture correction to take care of the spine.
  • Undisturbed early-evening sleep (by 9 pm).

THOUGHTs need to be as rational as possible:

  • Please do not impose on child anything without clear rational disposition.
  • Inculcate a habit of meditation in the family so the child also understands its importance.

Thank you...

Namaste,

Lifestyle and other factors matters a lot when it comes to health. Do not panic and stay clam.

change the life and diet style so that you can see good improvement in week days of time.

Morning brisk walk, yoga, and meditation plays a vital role.

Also cut down rice for a week and change to wheat, ragi, millets, fruits and vegetables intake will maintain good blood glucose and you will observe good comeback.

Please stop dairy completely, no meat or eggs, no refined sugar, salt, oil or flour. No packaged or processed food.

Take complete rest.

Hello,

type 1 diabetes where pancreas almost stops working and hence insulin production stops. This is also called a juvenile diabetes where it’s seen predominantly in kids. In such cases, it’s best to be on a full raw diet with little fats and also make the child do yoga and pranayama to help control the intake of insulin externally. This in majority of the cases is not reversible . But our attempt to be on a best lifestyle can kick the pacreas back UP. It’s not impossible.

In type2  it’s mostly insulin resistance that got created because of a bad lifestyle. Incorporating a low fat whole food plant based meal without any oil in any food and keeping the child on raw till dinner and then for dinner switching to oilfree millets based dinner will slowly start detoxing her and make her body function normally. It’s very important that she is high on fruits and not avoid them. It will seem like sugar will increase, but itsbest to heal on a high fruit lifestyle in tupe2. This is reversible in a short time especially if she has not been on this meds for a long period. Trust me itsbest not to depend on any sort of meds. We have plenty of cases who have been on meds for yrs and have not seen any relief but only saw it getting worse. In a child it will heal faster. You have taken a good decision to come here. Start her on yoga at a young age and the healing will speed up. It’s critical that she does not have any oil or grease in her diet. Fresh Coconut is ok. But not oils .. don’t overdo nuts . Insulin resistance is caused due to a high fat diet. So in such cases there is no room for glucose and hence we need to ensure cells are not intoxicated with fats. We need fresh glucose from fruits for her healing . Don’t juice. Eat.

Be blessed
