Any type of toxic accumulation in the body can only be eliminated with the help of a nature based life style. Your body heals itself. you only need to give it the right setup to function at its best without any obstructions and restrictions.

Yoga and pranayam are good but are not enough in themselves. You need to have a healthy diet. Majorly fresh local seasonal fruits and vegetables. Eliminate all processed foods and packaged foods. No dairy products. No meat. No refined flour or oil.

Get in touch with nature. Lots of sun, fresh air and grounding will relax you and energise you enough to initiate cleansing and healing process.

Hemangiomea is an advanced stage of liver ailment where it needs the treatment from hepatologist. Later part could be managed by diet and natural therapies and yoga, but now immediate treatment would be Allopathy intervention.

yoga and pranayama can improve the condition provided you combine that with a healthy whole food plant-based meal. Homeopathy is a suppressor and can overtime make the condition worse. 

Go on a complete plant-based diet with full focus on raw and you can see an improvement. Don’t get this biopsied. Stay on juices as much as possible. We don’t know if you suffer from other conditions / your lifestyle/ age etc. based on your one-line question, this is as much we can answer. Yes anything is possible in yoga and natural diet will help you to cure any health issues.

Initial steps are always important to bring the dicipline, focus and determination. 

Any toxin accumulate in the system should be eliminated by maintaing daily practice of yoga.

Increase intake of whole-wheat flour, brown rice or parboiled rice, mangoes, bananas, tomatoes, spinach, potatoes, Indian gooseberries (amla), grapes, radishes, lemons, dried dates, raisins, almonds, and cardamom.

void refined flour, polished rice (white rice), mustard oil, mustard seeds, asafetida, peas, canned and preserved foods, cakes, pastries, chocolates, alcoholic beverages, and aerated drinks.

Here are the yoga poses to keep your liver healthy.
1) Kapalbhati Pranayama.
2) Ardha Matsyendrasana.

नमस्ते,

आपका निष्कासन (elimination) पूर्ण रूप से नहीं हो रहा है, जिगर पर अत्यधिक दबाव  पड़ रहा है, जिस वजह से शरीर आपको बीमारी के रूप में अलार्म दे रही है। हम शरीर को मदद करें आहार शुद्धि और दिनचर्या में कुछ बदलाव ला कर जिससे वह अपना काम अच्छे से कर सके। शरीर का एक मात्र उद्देश्य होता है, प्राण शक्ति रहने तक स्वस्थ रहना।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट 20 ग्राम पेठे पीस कर उसमें 1०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

२ घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें। फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। उसमें कोई नमक या चाट मसाला या चीनी, दूध ना मिलाएँ।

सलाद दोपहर 1 बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1 कटोरी चावल या 1 रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। 8 बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है ताकि शरीर को पाचन क्रिया से आराम मिल सके। खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ। खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएं, 20 मिनट बाद साफ़ कर लें। किसी टब में पानी भर कर उसमें बैठें, 20 मिनट के लिए।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें तो एक चक्र होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और खाली पेट में इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें।

The meaning of cure is clearing the toxins from the blood-stream through effective metabolism. Effective metabolism can be achieved by the body by consistent conservation of vitality.

If we can inculcate this habit consciously, all toxaemic problems (including giant Liver Hemangioma) can be cured from within.

Yogasan and Pranayam are effective ways to conserve vitality.
