In rainy seasons mostly whenever I sit on cold tiles on my leg something red comes and it looks like big boil and it's like all over legs & bums... What is it? What should be done? Moreever on my legs if there is exertion or rainy/winter season if I travel for 2 hours there are red red dots or ratches comes and it's painful and pains for 4/5 days. Whenever red dots start to come firstly it looks like boils and then red dots come.

Hi..
This is allergic reaction of your body.This is similar to urticaria.The problem arises due to improper food intake.
Avoid tea,coffee and other caffeinated drinks. 
Avoid spicy and oily foods. 
You can use ice or turmeric and gulab jal for external application.

Hello,

It is due to body heat. or kind of allergic symptoms. 

Keep aloevera gel or pure sandlewood paste to avoid such red dots.

नमस्ते

 

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है।

 

फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।

सुबह की शुरुआत १/२ खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद लें, १२ बजे दोपहर में पालक १० पत्ते + पुदीना १० पत्ता पीस कर १००ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, शाम ५ बजे एक नारियल पानी लें और रात का खाना ८ बजे तक में कर लें रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ।

खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।

 

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

Idk whether it's the same thing or not but ill definitely not eat wheat,sugar & wont drink tea. Thank you dear. Thank you so much.
