I have been suffering from ibs.. Went to AISG Hyderabad bt of no use.. Bloating is continuing and making life painful

Hi vivek, 

Avoid dairy products like milk,curd ,butter ,paneer, buttermilk. 
Don't have any spicy food,deep fried foods,oily foods, packed items.
Avoid maida,wheat,white bread,jams,cold drinks,cookies.
Avoid tea and coffee, instead you can have herbal tea.
Have sprouts, brown rice, beans,dry fruits,peanuts. 
Have fresh homemade fruit juice. 
Have whole grains like barley.

Hi ,

For IBS , wheat and all products made from wheat, dairy and all animal foods need to be removed. Many times stress could also be responsible. So, it is important to manage stress and anxiety. Try chewing your food slowly. Include sauf, hing, jeera, ginger, ajwain in your meals. Try to eat an early dinner, maintaining atleast 3 hours before bedtime.Wishing you Good Health Always!

You have to adjust your diet according to the daily health condition.

See to it that your food doesn't cause further complications. 

1.High-fiber diet

Fiber adds bulk to your stools, which helps aid in movement. Fiber-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains help prevent constipation. 

 

2. Low-fiber diet

While fiber can help some people with IBS, increasing fiber intake can worsen symptoms if you frequently have gas and diarrhea. Do not completely eliminate fiber from your diet, concentrate on sources of soluble fibers such as apples, berries, carrots, and oatmeal.

 

3.Always go for gluten free diet which means eliminate barley ,rye , wheat and yeah not forgetting to cut off completely coffee, chocolates and nuts from your diet

Quit all animal foods and drinks and go on a juice diet for 3 days and another 15 days with addition of fruits of all kinds and the next 1 month on full raw. Daily start water enema. This will fix your issue. You will also realize thAt diary meat eggs fish sugar wheat is not your food anymore. 

Even later you can have gluten-free cooked only in the night . Kindly be on raw from morning till dinner

नमस्ते

 

आपका निष्कासन (elimination) पूर्ण रूप से नहीं हो रहा है, जिसके वजह से रक्त प्रवाह में अवरोध हो रहा है।जो कि खान पान में सुधार करते ही ठीक होने लगेगा।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पीस कर उसमें 1०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

२ घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें। फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। उसमें कोई नमक या चाट मसाला या चीनी, दूध ना मिलाएँ।

सलाद दोपहर 1 बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1 कटोरी चावल या 1 रोटी लें।ज्वार, बाजरा, मंडुआ या मक्के के आटे में घिया या पालक या चुकंदर कद्दूकस करके मिला कर रोटी बनाएँ। ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। 8 बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है ताकि शरीर को पाचन क्रिया से आराम मिल सके। खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ।खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ। खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएं,20 मिनट बाद साफ़ कर लें। किसी टब में पानी भर कर उसमें बैठें, 20 मिनट के लिए।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें तो एक चक्र होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और खाली पेट में इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें।

Fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fruit juices should be consumed to reduce the amount of inflammation in the lining of the stomach.

Avoid consumption of caffeine, alcohol and carbonated beverages.

If gas is a problem for you, you might want to avoid foods that tend to make gas worse, including beans, cabbage and citrus fruits.

Drink ginger tea or chew raw ginger to reduce inflammation caused by Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Prepare tea by boiling one teaspoon of flaxseed in a cup of water. Drink it at night.

Do yoga, spend more time with plant and trees.
