I have sever muscle chest pain please tell some good oil or remedy

Oils and medicines are supressing and gives temporary relief. Leading a whole food plant based lifestyle with focus on life giving foods like fruits veggies and greens will reverse the cause of your pains or any other issues you may have in the body that has predominantly caused because of the wrong lifestyle you have been leading. Typical causes are animal based foods like diary and meat eggs fish. Other processed foods like sugar , refined oils , polished rice , grease in the food , eating cooked for all 3 meals a day , leading a sedentary lifestyle, carry negative feelings for others in the heart, judging people around, expecting things from others etc can cause blocks and build ups leading to inefficient working of the body. Reverse those causes and you must be fine. Get back if you are keen in taking the plunge to a cruelty free plant based lifestyle for animals, the planet and yourself

नमस्ते

 

दर्द रक्त में अत्यधिक अम्लीयता होने कि पहचान है।केवल तेल लगाने से उतना फ़ायदा नहीं होगा। जीवन शैली में सुधार करना जरुरी है।

दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20मिनट के लिए और दिन दो बार तिल के तेल से (clockwise) घड़ी की सीधी दिशा में

और (anti clockwise) घड़ी की उलटी दिशा में मालिश करें नरम हाँथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं देना है।

आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ।

दोपहर में १२बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताजे नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

 

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

Hello,

Take some rock salt and tie it in white cloth.

Take a pan tawa and gently heat it. and place this rock salt on the heated tawa and and apply this lukewarm heat on your painful chest area.

This will help to reduce the swelling or blood clot if any.
