Hi. This shravani. I suffer every time with periodical stomachache continuously is there any solution to for this stomachache.

Namaste,

I recommend changing your diet and lifestyle adopted to nature and practice yoga by learning with an expert.

Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended.

Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided. Do not undertake physical or mental work beyond your capacity.

Do not take any medicine for a more extended period, which will give additional side effects to your health.

Follow an active lifestyle, yet the exercises should be according to one's capacity. Both excessive fasting and overeating are harmful.

Avoid coffee, tea and any diary products. 

Stay Healthy.

Hello Shravani, 
Can you tell me how is your menstrual cycle, regular or irregular. If it is regular and you are getting stomachache. You can try the following things.
1) eat more of citrus fruits during your periods. 
2) you can go for cold or neutral hip bath before your periods start. 
3) avoid eating spicy and synthetic soar food like pickle. 
4) sip cold water frequently. 
Try these for sometime. I hope you get relieved of your pain soon.

पेट पर गीली पट्टी या पीसा हुआ खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ   

20 मिनट के लिए दिन में 2 बार करें।

खाना खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद नाश्ते में केवल कोई भी एक तरह का फल लें और रात का खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के मुख्य भोजन के रूप में लें।
