Hii, my name is zareen. Im 23 years old. My weight is 50kg.. Im diagnosed with pcos.... And I have facial hair, irregular periods... So what should i do?

Hi there,

Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of hot water and drink it daily for a few months.

 

Fenugreek

 Add tulsi , aloe Vera ,Amla and flaxseed .
