I eat always but i want to fat but I am slim only needed to fat

underweight is good compared to overweight 
And don't eat continuously this is the  main reason of your improper digestion and absorption soo for gaining proper weight first of all try to eat in a definite time gap because digestive system needs approximate 4-6 hr to digest over food it's very essential for good absorption so first of all avoid eating continuously minimum time gap between 2 meal should be 5-6 hr 
And avoid fast food , excessive oily food 
You can use sprouts in morning breakfast 
Green vegetables wt brown rice or chapatis in lunch 
And some natural snacks (raw nuts,coconuts,fruits,dry fruits) in evening after that a light dinner before 8 will help you

Only eating constantly can not make you fat. And becoming fat is not something that you should wish. It’s good to wish to have a body weight that is best suited to your height and your bone structure. And for this to happen you just have to follow a healthy lifestyle and food habit. As your metabolism will improve and as all the toxins blocking your system gets removed you will see a healthy gain in weight and improved over all health

where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesnt get enough time to do its functions properly.

Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism.

Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well.

Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressfull life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change.

नमस्ते राजु जी

 

72 हज़ार नाड़ियों को पोषक तत्व (nutrition food) नहीं मिल पा रहा है। बार बार खाने से पाचन तंत्र (digestive system) खाना पचाने में ही लगा हुआ है। मतलब भोजन रस पोषक तत्व से भरा हुआ शरीर को मिल नहीं पा रहा है। नक़द (cash) आ गया मगर बाँटना (distribute)नहीं हुआ। खाने से वज़न नहीं बढ़ता बल्कि आकाश तत्व को सही तरीक़े से अपने बाहर और भीतर प्रयोग करने से वज़न बढ़ता है।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात का ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल में मीठे फल लें।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें। प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

What is your age, height and weight?? You haven't mentioned, these are important to calculate your BMI, if your BMI is within the healthy range that means you are fine and you needn't worry about it. In case your BMI is very low and if you are underweight, that means you may need to increase your weight, if the cells in your body don't get all the essential nutrients, please eat a healthy , nutritious diet, even after eating a healthy diet , if you are not adding on weight, it means your absorption and assimilation may be impaired, for this you can improve your digestion by eating easily digestible fruits, add papaya which contains papain, and pineapples which contain bromalain , ginger , garlic , onions may also help. Take a glass of lime squeezed in warm water half an hour befor food, this helps secretion of hydrochloric acid which in turns helps to break down protein. You may even be having an intestinal dysbiosis, to balance your gut microbiome, take a lot of prebiotics and fermented foods. Drink sufficient water and exercise regularly. You definitely gain the required weight for your body type. Best wishes.
