Basically any issue needs to be addressed holistically. The root cause of the VV could be anything. Lifestyle changes with natural foods, exercises as we heal or how much ever we can, proper rest will help. Animal foods, refined , fried, sugary,processed foods to be totally avoided

Morning have a celery juice or a cucumber juice with mint and lime - filtered 250ml daily

Afternoon fruits like its ur lunch

Evening some vegetable salad / some steamed veggies

Night dinner Indian cooking - millets cooked without refined oils
