Hi,

Since you spend quite a bit of time on your computer, it is important to take frequent breaks. Be more physically active( probably even small steps like parking your vehicle a little further add walking, taking the stairs , while on calls donot sit, walk, involve in some sport, gardening etc) it would be great if you could also add some eye exercise. Early morning exposure to sun, involving sun gazing helps greatly in keeping your eyes healthy. Apart from this eat lots of fresh locally available fruits and raw vegetables. Inclusion of green leafy vegetables is very important. Add soaked nuts and seeds to your diet. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking, dairy, animal products, sugary foods and all packed and processed foods. It is important to sleep well and breathe deep. Chew your food slowy and in a calm environment. Avoid all electronic gadgets at this time. Wishing you Good Health Always!

Thank you,

Regards

Ideally if you have not been bitten by any ailment yet, if you are a vegetarian / non veg / vegan with a bad lifestyle your body will already be in the process of preparing to eliminate in large scale in future.

The best way to slowly prevent that is - to stop using animal products for your health reasons and also for the animals themselves , to stop using meat eggs fish as they are not meant for us, going off sugar, having only fruits for breakfast. Investing time in some yoga and pranayam for 30-40 mins a day will keep you fit. Food alone cannot keep u healthy, it has to be a combo of exercises.

If you follow these minimum steps, you can avoid a lot of heartburns and pains later.

Go vegan for the animals and also for your health. We humans are not meant to consume animal products. Once you quit you will also see a better way to lead life . Let us know if you have any doubts. There are plenty of articles in the body wisdom section which we can’t type for you. Searching and reading them will be a good exercise for you

Hello, thanks for your question. The foremost thing is you need to spare some time for yourself, so that you are able to feel confident and energetic. Start your day with 5 minutes of breathing exercise to be positive. The next 40 minutes is for any kind of physical workout ( This is for your emotional well-being)

Eat dry fruits and lot of greens, Plant based yogurt and last but not least include  Vitamin C fruits

Thanks
