Namaste Rohit

Tea is a stimulant so it’s best to avoid it. Honey is also not suitable for human consumption for long durations. Lemon water is good. You may try making fresh herbal teas like boil water add tulsi and pudina leaves to it, switch off the gas. Keep the vessel covered to a minute or two. Filter this and drink. This is one of the best green teas you could ever have had. If you like it sweetened you may add jaggery. You can find many herbal tea recipes online. You can find them on wellcure too.

Best to consume organic India herbal tea made of tulsi that is not made of green tea. Any tea or coffee is a stimulant that’s best to be avoided.

Here are some good brands -

Organic India tulsi sleep

Organic India tulsi ginger

Ty.phoo - cleansing organic root remedy ( turmeric ginseng ginger )

Ty.phoo - relaxing organic night time ( chamomile spearmint fennel )

Are some natural ones I have tried.  There are plenty of great teas you can make at home with natural infusions.

Try ginger lime cinnamon cardamom and jaggery at home in hot water.

Avoid using honey as it’s not ethical and any animal product is just contaminated with cruelty and commercialization and adulteration.
