Meri wife ko kai tarah ki problem hoti rhti h kabhi body pain, kabhi bechani ,bhookh lagane pe bhi khana khane ka man na karna ,khansi ,sardi... Etc kya kru kise dikhau ya kya test karana chahiye...

she need to change her lifestyle and diet.
she must follow the healthy diet routine.
take proper sleep can help her repair damage cells tissues. she must increase the consumption of fruits and decrease the consumption of heavy diet like potatoes spices meat and starchy food.
she must chew the food maximum time for easy digestion. for good health she must do the meditation practise and dance yo elavate the energy .it will help to make her happy . use aroma oils for good mood.

She has or maybe gall bladder or uterus problems.
Vaman early morning may prove effective.
Pudina dhania water tea is useful
Walking on heal twice a day for 10 minutes is wonderful
Ask her to chew 
No water with meal
Early morning black chikpe one tea spoon flour with water will boost digestion

I am so proud of you for noticing multiple unrelated symptoms and speaking of it together. People usually don’t speak of small and big issues as if it’s happening because of something wrong in the body. They blame some on weather, some on food they ate, some on lack of sleep.. but you have noticed that overall her health is not ok. This itself is a big progress. 

 

Body is like a factory that manufactures good health/ well being. The factory it’s doing well, it means the workers are sincere, the caretaker or owner is very diligent, the machines are taken care of and maintained well, rusts are taking care off, it’s oiled and cleaned etc. this I am sure we understand. 

 

What can go wrong for her body to keep failing like this ? Machines which work on petrol is being run on diesel, instead of using the items that’s used to maintain the parts clean, they use something else, they postpone cleaning The machines, they give holiday to the workers often , workers go on strike things like this if it  keeps happening, then how will the factory run and make a good product ? Everytime some machine will fail . If it’s a garment factory, the shirt cloth gets cut, by the time itc OK’ing for stitching, the sewing machine gets stuck and goes for repair .. so what happens to all the shirts that keep coming from other units to get stitched ? It gets piled up. Shirt won’t spoil and rot, but in our body, food rots as days pass without it going out of the body as excreted waste. Rule is if we eat one cooked food then we have to goto potty once in a day, if we eat twice then two times. If we eat thrice ( breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks all cooked plus tea plus coffee plus .. ) and goto rest room only once in the morning and excrete 30% and sometimes don’t go for that also , then where is all the intake going out ? It’s safely stored and rotting inside the body . What happens to rotting food ? It attracts bacteria and virus. If we have a lot day by day, for that smell itself these virus and bacteria come. Smell will be so faintly emiting when we talk( in some this is very strong ) , when we breathe , when we sweat ( this is strong ) , when we urinate , etc that bacteria will be having a party inside. When they eat, they also excrete called neuro and derma toxins which are dangerous for us. Like this the damage continues to happen and some machines get to work more and fail over time and some machines stop working. 

Ok to summarise, ur factory must be maintained. The way to maintain body is to first clean it with veg and green leaves juices , then feed it lots of fruits and vegetables for most of the day.

Avoid food that is not supposed to be used for human consumption - diary products , meat eggs fish sugar maida wheat outside foods, fried foods , using oil for cooking etc.. 

Dong some amount of exercises to move all the body parts .., going under sun for 30 min atleast 

Things like that will make her better and better. Ifnshe does this seriously she will be ok in 1-3 months
