I have too much of hairfall. What to do?

stop using chemical shampoo n oil.
stop using table salt which has impact on hair.
include magnesium rich food in your
diet.
give scalp massage with organic oil twice a week.
drink more water n consume more salads n fruits.
d
stop eating fast food n inflammatory food.
practice daily meditation .

Hairfall can be due to many causes such as nutritional deficiencies of iron, copper, zinc and essential proteins. It can be also cause by some other different factors like increased load on kidneys, less consumption of water, hormonal balance, stress, Thyroid issues and vitamin D is another cause of hair loss.

 

  1. I highly suggest you to use coconut oiling at least twice in a week. coconut hair oiling penetrate deep into your hair shafts and prevent protein loss.
  2. Over washing of hairs can also lead to hair loss problem.so dont over do shampooing and washing on daily basis.
  3. Amala helps in growth of hair. Boil Amla in your usual hair oil and use it as an application for hair oiling.
  4. Apply banana mask by mashing one banana according to length of your hair apply on roots of hair follicles and keep it for 10- 20 min and wash it with cold water.
  5. fenugreek seeds also helps in reducing hair fall sock fenugreek seeds in water overnight and then grind the soaked seeda make paste and apply it as a hair mask wait for 20- 30 minutes and rinse it off with water.

Apply methi powder and lemon mixed together in thick liquid form and you will notice the results coming in a few days. Make sure you oil your hair before using methi powder as it will help in methi powder getting absorbed more easily.

Hello Preet,

There could be reasons for hairfall, it's to a percentage also related to your emotional health. If you have been stressed, this could also be the reason for hairfall. It is important to keep your mind at peace, you can do that through Mindfulness and some specific Yoga asanas as well, like pranayam etc. 

You can take care of your hair by applying the Mixture of organic coconut cold pressed oil and Kasuri Methi. Please massage your hair every night consistently to see a noticeable difference . 

Eat Fresh fruits , raw vegetables and dry fruits for more benefits .

Hello Preet,

Health of our hair is the reflection of our body's internal health. Improper lifestyle, eating wrong foods, lack of sleep, increased stress levels are the reasons which lead to toxic accumulation and result in issues like split ends, hairfall, etc. External factors like exposure to dust, chemicals and pollution are also the reason for hairfall and damaged hairs. 

Foods to eat- 

  • Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. 
  • Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. 
  • Eat soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the breakfast to get easily absorbable nutrients. 
  • Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. 
  • Include salads, nuts, and beans in your diet. 
  • Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc.
  • Use cold-pressed oil to cook instead of refined oils. 

Local application 

  • Mix amla powder with warm water. Keep it for around 2 hours. Then, apply it on your hair and leave it for half an hour and then wash your hair.
  • Don't use any chemical-based products on your hair.
  • Apply fresh aloe vera jel on your hairs.
  • Protect your hair from dust, smoke, etc.

Sleep 

A correct sleeping pattern is important for the circadian rhythm. It also helps to reduce stress. Hence, taking a proper quality of sleep is very important. 

Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets atleast 1hour before sleeping. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep

Why do people with cancer chemotherapy lose hair rapidly? It’s because acidic medicines are pumped that kills cells and tissues break down. A smaller version of that is what your body is facing. The more natural your diet is the more efficiently your elimination of waste will be. नमस्ते,

 पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषण ना मिलने, सिर में चर्म रोग ,तीव्र बुखार, पर्याप्त नींद न लेने, तनाव की अवस्था में बाल गिरने लगते हैं ।

  • रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए नींद अवश्य लें इससे शरीर से अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती है ,कोशिकाओं की मरम्मत होती है ।
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू और शहद का सेवन करें ,इससे आंतों में स्थित अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती हैं।
  •  प्रतिदिन प्रातः खीरा, पालक या नारियल के जूस का सेवन करें।
  •  भोजन- 80% मौसमी फल और हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को खूब चबा चबाकर खाएं, इससे भोजन का सही से पाचन होता है, शरीर में क्षारीयता संतुलित रहती है ।
  • जल का सेवन प्रतिदिन प्यास लगने पर मिट्टी के घड़े या तांबे के बर्तन में रखे हुए जल को बैठकर धीरे धीरे पीजिए ।

Healthy hair can be achieved by cleansing yourself of all toxic deposits internally.The hair that you have is the reflection of the internal status of your body. How can you help your body cleanse internally?

I would say we must look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve our overall health quality.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

5 Dairy,meat eggs and other animal products

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally.

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

There are more things that you can do to improve your hair health externally.

The best hair product would be something that you could get from nature. I prepare a powder of shikakai and other things and use it as a hair wash.

Shikakai powder

Shikakai 1 kg

Dry amla 200 GMs

Green moong 200 GMs

Rice 200 GMs

Ritha 50 GMs

Fenugreek seeds 200 GMs

Get this ground at the flour mill and use a little, make a passer by adding water and use it every time you wash your hair.

As for conditioning I either use fresh aloe Vera gel or a decoction of hibiscus flowers.

To remove dandruff

Dandruff is nothing but toxins being eliminated from the scalp. Keep your scalp clean by washing it regularly. But dont use any chemical based products.Instead you may massage it with sesame oil. let it soak for 30 minutes. Then rub lemon juice in your scalp and let it soak for 0 minutes again.You can use shikakai powder to wash your hair and scalp. this procedure can be done once a week till dandruff is completely removed. Coconut oil massage is also good on a regular basis.

हेलो,

कारण - बाल हमारे शरीर का हिस्सा है। बालों में पोषक तत्व की कमी, ठीक प्रकार से ऑक्सिजन का संचार, और पेट में प्रदाह (inflammation) के कारण बाल झड़ते हैं।  बाल असमय पकने लगते हैं। अन्य समस्या होती है।

समाधान - सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

जीवन शैली -   हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
