Pimples are a reflection of an unclean bowel or intestines having lot of old matter deposits. As you realise yourself you should not pick on the pimples. Instaed apply multani mitti as face pack, which will help it ripen faster and help it go. A long term solution to this is helping your body cleanse iself of all the toxin deposits. Just by following the below given instructions for a month you can see that most of your pimples have cleared and you are getting a healthier skin. To remove the toxins you will have to change your food habits and include some healthy practices in your daily routine.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

5 Dairy, meat, eggs etc 

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally. 

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

More things you can try

1You may wrap a wet towel around your stomach every morning for half an hour.

2 You can take a spinal bath for 15 minutes every morning.

3 You can take a hip bath every evening before bed for 15 mts.

4 Splash cold water on your face  to 4 times a day and pat it dry.

5 Do not use any chemical based soaps creams or lotions on your skin. instead use gram flour with lemon juice far your bath.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

Acne is generally caused by having oily food and pollutants in the air, it accumulates the sebum inside the skin which results in making pus-like bumps. In some cases they are painful and they differ in size a lot. The main thing to keep in the notice is that we have to prevent the oil on our face to get accumulated. This can be done by washing the face frequently.

Things to do in daily routine:

  • Consuming green leafy vegetables helps in preventing acne.
  • Drinking plenty of water helps in detoxifying.
  • Citric fruits help in the prevention of acne

Recipe for the face pack to prevent acne.

  • 1 teaspoon neem powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry orange powder (orange peel is dried and grind)
  • 1 teaspoon Multani powder
  • Rosewater as per consistency, keep it thick

This will help you in dealing with acne.

Any hormonal imbalance , stress, improper food habits give rise to pimples. The body eliminates toxins through various channels either in the form of urine, sweat, stool. Skin is our largest organ through which the body is trying to eliminate its toxins. Acne shows that there is stress on the elimination of toxins from the body. Acne sets off because of the amount of change in the sex hormones in the blood. There is an increase in production of testostrone. When there is an increase in the production in the blood it also increases the production of sebum in the skin. Bacteria live everywhere on our skin and where is increase in sebum, they have a lot more food to feed on. This results in bacteria multiplying in numbers and the body in response to this produces little pistules in response to this. When we observe this on our skin our immediate reaction is we must clean and scrub our skin more often. But, this harms rather than benefiting us. The reason is our body produces an acid layer so that the bacteria cannot enter our body, but when we scrub our skin the acid layer is washed off and the bacteria gain entry into our body. Sometimes ifthe liver is too overwhelmed either due to toxic overload which happens either due to wrong food choices, medications, pollution etc, then the hormonal balance is disturbed, this inturn leads to acne. A few points could be considered

  • Immediate relief could be achieved by applying a pack of cucumber, neem or tulsi.
  • Oily foods aggravate the condition. Also avoid all sugary and refined foods.
  • Increase intake of raw fruits and vegetables , nuts and seeds and support the body by eliminating dairy , processed,packed and animal foods.
  • Proper rest and sleep is essential so the body can heal and repair.
  • Avoid all kinds of chemicals, creams, lotions steriods etc .

Pimples are a reflection of your body internal health.. So if you feed the body the food its designed to eat, such as fruits vegetables and greens in abundance it will reflect back on your face. It is also extremely important that you switch to wholefood plant-based lifestyle which does not include dairy eggs meat fish or any products that contains ingredients coming from animals, sugar coffee tea oils( extremely important)

I have seen children who are on a plant-based diet and consuming junk like chips also have issues like pimples. Hence I would like to focus your attention on raw fruits veggies greens intake as a cooked meal replacement to see results. I have successfully worked with a child on this issue and after making her day go with one oilfree cooked, gluten-free, fruits for breakfast and salads for dinner, it cleared in 2 months. It’s very important that you also hydrate your body when you wake up with either limewater or cucumber juice.

Dear health seeker, the real cause of skin can be attributed to a simple factor that your lifestyle has gone far far away from nature. Ponder over the few  questions:

   1  Do you perspire as a sequel to normal living means, that you must be wearing clothes inimical hazardous to the skin like heavy jeans synthetic clothing putting cosmetics, creams, lotions soaps talcum powder onto to the skin, These all are enemy of skin. Making the skin sluggish not doing its proper job of eliminating toxins through sweat. 

2  You must be living in for the most part of the day in Ac facilities thus depriving skin to perform its duty of expelling morbid matter. 

3. These  days  nobody  exposes  his  body to the  air   or to the sun

4.Most person bath with hot water and doesn't rub the skin for allowing the healthy blood in the fine capillaries to flow into it marking skin yet poorer. 

  5 The  diet  is  usually  highly  acidic in  nature  consisting of  more of  carbohydrates  fats  proteins, animal  products 

    All the above factors are responsible for the skin disease named pimples. 

    You will do well to rectify the above mode causing pimples to precipitate. If you  put your house in order  by  living a  hygienic lifestyle  as per the  laws governing our organism  for  long you will be  healthy and  free from  not only  pimples  but  all  other latent diseases  

  By following nature cure sick becomes well, well becomes better, better still better. Lacs of patients have thus been restored to health. There is no short cuts to health.

Apply mudpack over the seed of the pimples taking care that mud should be sourced from 5 to 6 feet beneath earth ensuring that bud is free from polluting agents. Alternatively, Multani mitti or simple water packs may be applied for half an hour thrice in a day. Don't apply any medicinal creams since they will leave permanent scar mark, apply coconut oil if skin is dry.

Also, follow the regime as under:_

1 ensure to eat only when sufficient true hunger is there to digest the food eaten. We must  eat to  live  and not  live to eat 

2.As a start drink any alkaline juice either of the following, ashgourd, bilva patra  banana pith. 

  3.Sunbathing in the early morning sun for  25 minutes, followed by a spinal bath or  full bath 

4..Some simple  yogic  aasanas 

5..A  wet  pack over the abdomen for 20 minutes 

   6..Fruit salads or  vegetables salads in  breakfast 

   7..Conservatively  cooked  vegetables and  raw  salads with  enough  coconut scrappings 

8...Fruit  juice  at or  around  4PM if  there's  a  sufficiency of  hunger, if not then avoid 

9..Conservatively  cooked  vegetables plus  one or two roti or small quantity of rice 

10. Say your prayers 

11.Sleep on a  hard bed 

12.Needless to  mention that  avoid all  enervating foods and  habits 

   You may take as many months to get rid of your affliction for as many years you are undergoing this trouble.

 मुंहासे खानपान की गड़बड़ी, अनियमित दिनचर्या , कम मात्रा में पानी पीने,हार्मोंस के असंतुलन, तनाव की अवस्था में होते हैं।


  • रोम छिद्र का बंद होना (White heads)
  • छोटी-छोटी लाल रंग की गाँठे (Papules)
  • गाँठों में पस का भरना (Pus)
  • बड़ी-बड़ी लाल रंग की पुटी,

आपको निम्नलिखित उपाय करने चाहिए-

  • नींद -रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए नींद अवश्य लें इससे शरीर में तनाव कम होता है ,दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, कोशिकाओं की टूट-फूट की मरम्मत होती है।
  •  प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों से अशुद्धियां बाहर निकल जाती हैं।
  •  प्रतिदिन प्रातः खीरा ,एलोवेरा ,नारियल पानी , अनार या लौकी के जूस का सेवन करें,इससे शरीर में अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है ।
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः हल्के सुपाच्य ,50%ताजे मौसमी फल एवं 35%हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों 10%साबुत अंकुरित अनाज एवं 5% सूखे मेवे का प्रयोग करें ,इससे शरीर में अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है ।
  • प्यास लगने पर मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें, इससे शरीर के सभी अंगों को पर्याप्त मात्रा में जल की आपूर्ति होती रहती है ।
  • सप्ताह में कम से कम 1 दिन उपवास रहें, इससे शरीर के समस्त अंगों को आराम मिलता है, दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ।
  • एलोवेरा के हरे परत को हटा लें सफेद मांसल भाग के रस को प्रभावित जगह पर रात में लगाएं,  सुबह हल्के गुनगुने जल से उसे धो दें ऐलोवेरा में एण्टीबैक्टीरियल एवं antioxidant गुण होते हैं,  मुहांसों को ठीक करने में काफी सहायक सिद्ध होते हैं!
  •  100 मि.ली.गुलाबजल, 50 मि.ली. नींबू का रस, 20 मि.ली.ग्लिसरीन और 20 मि.ली. खीरे का जूस एक साथ मिलाकर काँच की एक बोतल में भरकर रख ले। रोज रात में चेहरे को साफ पानी से धोकर पोंछ ले। फिर इस मिश्रण को चेहरे पर रात भर लगाकर छोड़ दे और सुबह चेहरे को गर्म पानी से धो ले। तीन हफ्तों तक इसका प्रयोग करने से त्वचा के दाग, धब्बे, दर्द पूरी तरह खत्म हो जाते हैं और चेहरे की रंगत में निखार आता हैएक चम्मच हल्दी एवं एक चम्मच चंदन मिलाकर चेहरे पर लेप करें, 30 मिनट बाद उसे धो दें,जीवाणुरोधी गुणों से भरा हुआ है, जो मुंहासे होने से रोकता है या मुंहासे कम करता है. यह भी एंटीऑक्सिडेंट गुणों से भरी हुई है, जो आपको लालिमा और सूजन से छुटकारा पाने में मदद कर सकती है।
  • कपालभाति, अनुलोम विलोम एवं भ्रामरी प्राणायाम का अभ्यास करें इससे शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति होती है,मन शांत एवं तनाव मुक्त होता है।
  •  प्रसन्न चित्त रहें, खुलकर हंसे ,सकारात्मक सोचें, इससे तनाव कम होता है, मन शांत रहता है।

 निषेध- जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ, ठंडे पेय पदार्थ, तली भुनी ,मसालेदार, नमक- नमकीन, चीनी, वसा ,मैदे से बनी हुई चीजें, रात्रि जागरण, सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल ,टेलीविजन, कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग ,क्रोध, ईर्ष्या, चिंता, तनाव।

Pimples are a common skin condition that occurs when oil and dead skin cells clog the skin’s pores. Primarily affects teens; more than 85% experience at least a mild form of this condition. It most commonly occurs on the face, chest, back, shoulders, and neck. 

During puberty, elevated hormone levels stimulate sebaceous glands to produce more oil, also called sebum, which is normally released through the hair shaft to lubricate and protect the skin. Sebum combines with dead cells, forming a plug in the skin pore and leads to the formation of pimples/acne.

To cure and prevent pimples :

Wash Your Face regularly

Your face can gather dirt and grime over the day. This can clog your pores and lead to pimples. Washing your face well can ensure the pores don’t remain clogged.

Don’t Pop Your Pimples

You must never touch or pop your pimples as this can cause the infection to spread and lead to further breakouts.

Stay Hydrated

Staying hydrated ensures your skin is replenished and the pores don’t remain clogged by the excess production of sebum.

Limit the Use of Makeup

If you have pimple-prone skin, do not use makeup too frequently. This can aggravate the issue as it can lead to further clogging of your pores and trigger pimples.

Make Some Lifestyle Changes

  • Avoid processed foods and dairy products as these can cause pimples. 
  • Make sure you exercise regularly as this can help replenish your skin. 
  • Take adequate rest as stress can also lead to breakouts.
  • Sleep atleast 6-7 hrs per day
  • Do physical activities like jogging walking swimming etc. 
  • Avoid stress by doing regulations yoga, pranayam and meditation.

Take food items:

  • Nuts and dry fruits
  • Omega-3 fatty acids present in chia seeds,  walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
  • Antioxidants in the form of fruits like strawberries, blueberries, etc.
  • Fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes, carrots, apricots, sweet potatoes, spinach, and other green leafy vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits.
  • Whole grains
  • Brown rice
  • Quinoa etc.

Natural remedies to remove Pimples:

Aloe Vera: Apply fresh aloevera gel to face and leave it for 15-20 mins then rinse. Helps to clear the pimples and it's marks. 

Papaya: Take a small piece of papaya mash finely and mix tsp honey mix well.  Apply on your face and keep it for few minutes and rinse.

Ubtan: take 2 tsp of sandalwood powder, 2 tsp besan powder and 1 tsp of turmeric, add rosewater and make a paste. Apply it in face and keep it for 15-20 mins then wash.
