No, the values do not indicate any sort of derangement in the levels of hormones. So its time to follow a routine with a healthy and fruitful diet and exercise regime to make sure you are free from any sort of lifestyle disorder.

Hi,

Your values seem ok, except for T4. Your TSH seems fine. It has to be verified with other symptoms as well and physical examination of your gland is also important. Sometimes in case of stress, the values may go a little high because of variations of hormones and when the body is back in its normal state you might get the correct reading. But it is always advisable that you visit a health practitioner rather than just making a decision on the same. A healthy lifestyle would help you overcome this.

A few basic guidelines which you could follow are:

  • This includes the removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed, oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body.
  • Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body.
  • Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones, and in a relaxed state, the body can repair and heal.
  • Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to repair and heal.
  • Adequate sleep. The body repairs and heals during sleep.

Wishing you Good Health Always!

Thank you
