Dear health seeker Neeta Negi,

Your health issues of acne can be pipped to the post, circumvented, cure radically by Divine science of pure nature cure, for that, I am herewith referring a case for your ready reference to follow up action thereof:-

TREATMENT OF ACNE[PIMPLES]

[Case history,---name withheld]      

  '' I was a patient of severe acne for the last 10 yrs. Since these years I have had severe acne, what the allopathic Drs. call ACNE VULGARIS, I was having regularly antibiotics and lotions. I used to wash my face 4 times a day with soap. I used to avoid oily foods and used to have fresh fruits juices, etc. But avoiding oily foods alone does not help. What is needed is an outright reform of living habits, all wrong living habits to be replaced by healthful, hygienic habits based on the Laws OF Nature.

           I started the NC, the programme with a breakfast of only tender coconut water, a lunch of raw vegetable salads, a little fruit in the evening and some conservatively cooked veggies with 2 or 3 chapatis at night. Non violent enemas were taken daily.

         In the beginning, I found it rather hard to maintain this diet strictly. I used to feel weak and get a headache. But within a week, I felt very much better . I was happy that my bowels were clear. I started losing weight. My sleep improved and I could get up fresh early in the morning. Above all, the pimples disappeared, though the texture of the skin is still rough due to continuous acne for the many years; I have some scar left on the skin.

           In the beginning, the pimples disappeared completely. After a month or so, I would get one or two occasionally but I knew that I was not absolutely rigorous with my diet and ate some forbidden food and given in to some temptations now and then.

        With the disappearance of the pimples, the superficial marks became much lighter and the pits in the skin have also started filling up. On the whole, my skin is looking much smoother and fresher; I feel and look younger. Such miracles are possible in NATURE CURE ONLY......the writer of this article.

I also experience a tremendous amount of power inside me after having had so much of self--discipline over myself. I feel I can do anything in life if once the mind is strong and one has the will to do it.

    I have to take my breakfast, lunch dinner etc. along with my family members, While they were eating chicken, ice cream, sweets, I was to take either tender coconut water or boiled vegetables or something like that; in the early stages. I had to exercise a lot of restraint over myself, I had to resist temptation. However, now I really love my natural diet. I relish it and find it much tastier than the conventionally cooked food. I very ardently wish to continue my diet on Natural lines.

    With faith in God, I am convinced that my skin health would improve further and that remaining marks over the skin will disappear.

Due to excess oil collection under the skin, this in combination with unhealthy lifestyle becomes really difficult to handle it. This becomes difficult to handle when your skin type is oily in nature. That is why it is time to follow a healthy and natural lifestyle.

Start your day with a glass of warm water which will help in cleaning your Gut. Your breakfast should include raw sprouts and vegetable juice. Include things like makhanas, corn, puffed rice for your evening snack with green chutneys made up of coriander and mint. Your dinner should be light and at least a two-hour gap between meals and sleep. Include juices like Aloe vera juice, Bottleguard juiceSpinach Juice

Face packs like:

It is important to understand the body has 5 major eliminatory organs through which it throws out its waste materials. Skin is one of them. When there is an imbalance in the body and the ph. of the blood alters it interferes with the functioning of the body. Wrong sleep habits, stress, medication, hormonal imbalance or wrong food habits could interfere with this. Lets briefly understand the working of the body in this context.

Acne sets off because of the amount of change in the sex hormones in the blood. There is an increase in the production of testosterone. When there is an increase in the production in the blood it also increases the production of sebum in the skin. Bacteria lives everywhere on our skin and where is an increase in sebum, they have a lot more food to feed on. This results in bacteria multiplying in numbers and the body in response to this produces little pictures in response to this. When we observe this on our skin our immediate reaction is we must clean and scrub our skin more often. But, this harms rather than benefiting us. The reason is our body produces an acid layer so that the bacteria cannot enter our body, but when we scrub our skin the acid layer is washed off and the bacteria gain entry into our body. It is actually the function of our liver to change the structure of the sex hormones and remove them in the faecal matter after they have done their job, but if the liver is too overwhelmed either due to toxic overload which happens either due to wrong food choices, medications, pollution, etc, then the sex hormones would not be changed efficiently or quickly enough to be removed from our body. They then stay for a longer time in the blood and then it provides more food for the bacteria to feed on. This continues in a vicious cycle.

  • Include plenty of raw fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. These contain essential nutrients which are important components of many hormones and many body functions. They are also alkaline in nature which your body requires to maintain its ph.
  • Make sure you consume fruits for breakfast since the body is in the elimination phase and you would help your body.
  • Make sure you sleep well. Your body recovers and repairs during this time.
  • Avoid all animal foods including dairy. They are acidic for the body and create a load on the system.
  • Avoid all packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. All of them are high in sugar, oil and coloring agents. These all create a hormonal imbalance and are difficult to digest. They are also empty calories, provide no nutrition for the body. They are all acidic foods.
  • Expose to sunshine in the morning hours. This is a natural doctor. Any bacteria on the skin would also get removed.
  • Make sure you clear your bowels every day.
  • Do not use any artificial creams, chemicals, etc on your skin. Allow your skin to breathe.
  • Make sure you are hydrated at the cellular level. Chewing on to raw fruits, coconut water, vegetables, greens, etc would help you ensure that. Chewing your food slowly and also slowly sipping fluids is important rather than gulping down.

Pimple or Acne is an adolescent common condition that is characterized by blackheads, pustules, papules which are caused by an increase in hormones called androgens which are characterized by the sebaceous glands by increasing the size and oil secretions. They are mostly found on the face and neck and at times they might appear on the shoulder and back.

At times these glands get blocked and then blackheads and whiteheads develop and get infected by bacteria that cause inflammation and pimples.

This acne appears on the face, back, shoulders and chest. The conditions may be lying deep inside or superficial which could cause scarring. These have a family tendency as well.

Diet:

  • Consume high proteins, low carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, sprouts, etc.
  • Avoid fried food items, junk foods, butter, sugared drinks, citrus fruits, and citrus juices, caffeine, etc.
  • If you have access to a registered Naturopath or Naturopathy Centre it is a wise idea to try fasting therapy using non-citric juices.
  • Drink lots of water at least on a daily basis. Drinking water is the best medicine according to Naturopathy.

Hydrotherapy:

Alternate compress hot and cold could be applied to the affected areas.

Other measures:

  • Manage stress - Undertake some leisure activities, yoga, deep breathing techniques, and pranayama.
  • Avoid chemical-based face creams, soaps which could aggravate the problem.
  • Wash the face with warm water so that it could reduce pain in the inflamed area.
  • Avoid meddling with the pimples or wounds as it could hamper healing.
  • Try to have enough sleep for at least 6- 7 hours.
  • Avoid alcohol or smoking.
  • Avoid facial treatment when the face is affected and when wounds are present

Once healed some aloe vera gel ( taken from fresh leaves ) could prevent and also bring the smoothness of skin back.

हेलो,

कारण - मुहासों का निकलना यानी शरीर में जमी गंदगी का बाहर होना है। त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है।

किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है।  20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे

Acne is common in teenage and adult age nowadays due to hormonal changes, improper diet and lifestyle. Acne occurs due to blockage in skin pores, inflammation of sebaceous glands, improper lifestyle, and food habits and sometimes due to stress and anxiety. 

  • Wash Your Face regularly, keep clean and away from dirt and pollutants.
  • Drink more water. Staying hydrated ensures your skin replenished and held to maintain body temperature. It helps in detoxification.
  • Do not use makeup too frequently.
  • Avoid direct and heavy exposure to sunlight. 
  • Avoid processed foods and dairy products as these can cause pimples. 
  • Make sure you exercise regularly as this can help replenish your skin. 
  • Take adequate rest as stress can also lead to breakouts.
  • Sleep at least 6-7 hrs per day
  • Do physical activities like jogging walking, swimming etc. 
  • Avoid stress by doing regular yoga, Pranayam and meditation.
  • Take proper nutritional food items.  
  • Like Nuts and dry fruits, Omega-3 fatty acids present in chia seeds,  walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
  • Antioxidants in the form of fruits like strawberries, blueberries, etc.
  • Fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes, carrots, apricots, sweet potatoes, spinach, and other green leafy vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits.
  • Aloe Vera: Apply fresh aloe vera gel to face and leave it for 15-20 mins then rinse. It helps to clear the skin and acne marks. 
  • Use mild soaps or besan flour to wash your face.
  • The use of facial steam regularly helps. To open up skin pores and clogged sebaceous glands and prevents acne.
