I have external piles from 19 years. I have taken many medicines but no result. Can you pls advise something natural?

Hello Sano:

You can try the following things to treat external fissure.

1. Application of Aloe vera gel on the area will help in the improvement of the piles.

2. Cold compression helps in soothing the pain with the dilation of blood vessels in the area.

3. Grated potatoes when applied also act soothing, and relax the burning sensation.

4. Consuming green chili, raw with pink salt and cucumber aids in piles relief.

Hi, 

  • Piles is a condition of swollen, inflamed tissues and veins in the anal region.  Piles occur due to overstraining of bowel movements. Improper lifestyle and wrong food intake lead to disturbance in the digestive system leads to constipation.  
  • Due to irregular bowel movements and overstraining leads to dilatation of anal and rectal veins. It may be external or internal.  It's called piles. 
  • Sometimes bleeding occurs due to the passing of hard stools or overstraining leads to the rupture of veins/ tissues. 
  • To treat piles needs a good lifestyle and dietary modifications.

हेलो,

कारण - बवासिर में खून आने लगता है। जो कि अन्दर की तरफ होता है फिर बाद में बाहर आने लगता है। पुराना होने पर ये मस्सा बाहर जाता है। लम्बे समय तक ख़राब हाज़मा और निष्कासन में अवरोध यानी क़ब्ज़ के कारण ऐसा हो जाता है। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति से जुड़कर इससे छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है।

समाधान - mud pack पेट पर 20 मिनट के लिए लगाएँ। या 

खीरा और नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट पेट पर 20 मिनट के लिए रखें।

एक टब में पानी भर कर उसमें नीम के पत्ते पीस कर 200 ml पानी मिला कर छान लें।

इस टब में प्रतिदिन 20 मिनट के लिए बैठें।

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।  लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट के साथ पतले ट्यूब मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Your health issues of piles/haemorrhoids can be reversed back to health by following as under:- 

    Persistent indulgence in unhygienic habits of living, accompanied by repeated drug-suppression of acute and chronic diseases, perverts the blood chemistry and the blood circulation too. It gets affected in such cases. The tone of the blood vessels (the veins included) is also affected adversely. To what extent the tone is affected would depend upon the type of encumbrance developing within and its location. 
  It is in such cases the veins develop varicosity, that is they become distended. What is known as piles or haemorrhoids, is only varicosity of the veins inside or outside the anus. 
   Long before piles can develop the individual should have been experiencing indigestion and constipation. Acute disease like a common cold, cough, loose motions, etc. 

BLAME NOT NATURE.
Instead of blaming the unhygienic habits of living the sole cause of haemorrhoids, medicos blame Mother Nature 'for having wrongly designed the human frame.' They say that "check valves " are there in most veins (to prevent the backflow of blood and to keep it moving towards the heart) but that Nature has failed to install such check valves in the abdominal and pelvic regions in the human frame.
Well, such "check valves " are there in the veins of legs in human beings. Do not many people develop varicose veins in their thighs legs? Why then blame the "check valves " as the cause of haemorrhoids?
The medicos go a step further. They hold that the raised rectal venous pressure is due to the upright posture that human beings have to maintain
Nature cure plan.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING BOWEL MOVEMENTS.


When the fecal matter has reached the end of the descending colon and when the system wants to expel it, an urge for defaecation is felt. The rectum is then stretched open to let the stool pass through. The membranes lining the rectum and anus, as also the surrounding muscles and the veins embedded therein have all necessary to be stretching in the process. In a state of health, all this stretching takes place without any strain whatever, the stool (which is well-formed)is passed out easily and quickly, and immediately thereafter the membranes, the muscles and the veins in them and the anal sphincter "the circular purse-string muscle of the anal canal "go back to their original position,


INCREASED VENOUS PRESSURE IN THE ABDOMINAL CAVITY.


Where, however, the blood circulation in the abdominal and pelvic regions is congested and when the veins in the anal canal might be distended, the stretching at the time of defaecation would weaken such veins further. As, in such cases, the individual concerned would also be chronically constipated, the high intra-abdominal pressure inevitable during *vigorous straining at stool (which constipated people normally indulge in) would increase the venous pressure in the entire abdominal cavity. The rectal veins would also be compressed by the dry, hard masses of faecal matter that is literally "forced out " by the individual. In such cases, the distended veins may stretch out permanently. With their walls already lacking tone, some veins may bleed when passing the stool. If the blood loss is a little frequent, the individual concerned may even develop iron-deficiency.
Those who are in the habit of using laxatives or purgatives regularly "for overcoming their constipation "Also weaken their bowel tone and haemorrhoids would result in.
Haemorrhoids will not become cancerous nor would they 'cause ' cancer, unless suppressive symptomatic treatments are persisted with by the patient. Such 'treatment ' would enervate the system progressively and cancer can occur.
As work at digestion does not go together, it is always advisable to work on a light stomach. The main meal could be taken by the individual after relaxing a bit on completion of the day 's work. Again at night let work be done without subjecting oneself to overstrain, either physically or mentally. An individual who maintains his health by following Natural Hygiene in his daily life can not develop piles even if he has to do heavy physical work.
Those that strain themselves at the time of passing urine (as it happens in condition like prostatism) also build up intra-abdominal pressure. Persons having such urinary trouble should start following BASIC NATURE CURE methods to cure themselves radically. There is no need to strain oneself at the time of passing of urine; there are effective water-cure methods besides corrective exercises, positive dieting and observance of Vital Economy which could help them to recover their healthfully.
The increased pressure of the enlarging abdomen and uterus in a state of pregnancy, may also over distend the rectal veins. In this connection, it is necessary to emphasize that in a state of pregnancy, a woman need not develop haemorrhoids or varicose veins. If during the pre-natal stage she follows NATURAL HYGIENE totally she need have no fear.


TYPES OF HAEMORRHOIDS:


IF the varicosity of the veins is well up in the front canal, the condition is known as INTERNAL HAEMORRHOIDS
FIRST DEGREE HAEMORRHOIDS DO NOT PROLAPSE THROUGH THE ANAL SPHINCTER.
SECOND DEGREE HAEMORRHOIDS DESCEND ON DEFAECATION to the anal verge or beyond but return spontaneously after defaecation.
Third-degree haemorrhoids do not reduce spontaneously. Patient having prolapsed haemorrhoids or protruding piles find it
necessary to push them back, mechanically, into the canal after the bowel movement.
Where in the haemorrhoidal condition, blood leaks out along with stools, it is termed bleeding haemorrhoids.
As a result of the stagnation in the circulation of blood in the haemorrhoidal veins, sometimes clots are formed therein. Such a condition is termed a clotted or thrombosed haemorrhoids.
In internal haemorrhoids, there may be bleeding at times, Mucus may also be passed along with stools, The patient may experience for most of the time a feeling of fullness in his rectum. Pruritus (itching)may also be felt very often. In some cases, rectal discomfort with backache and pain (referred down to the thighs) may also be experienced.
A rupture in a rectal vein outside the anal sphincter may lead to the formation of a haematoma (a tumour of clotted or partially clotted blood)in the subcutaneous tissue of the anal canal. This condition is known as external haemorrhoids (also known as thrombotic piles). small, blue-purple, rounded lumps are seen outside the anus. Severe pain is felt while straining at stool or any other activity which tends to raise the intra-abdominal pressure. In some cases, even abscess formation is there.
In the condition termed chronic external haemorrhoids, the dilated veins are seen in thick folds of perianal skin caused by the mechanical injury over there left by the passage of dry, hard stools. Pruritus (itching)is common. If this condition is co-existent with fissure (in the condition known as sentinel piles), pain is also experienced.
In many cases, the haemorrhoidal veins run the whole length of the anal canal. This condition is known as combined internal-external haemorrhoids.

PREVENTION
Long before haemorrhoids can develop, the individual concerned should have been experiencing indigestion and constipation. Acute diseases like the common cold, cough, loose motions, etc might also be coming up off and on. If such acute diseases are not suppressed through drugs and if the individual takes the earliest opportunity to set his digestive system in order and improve his health level progressively through observation of Vital Economy in his daily life. he can prevent all chronic diseases. There ought to be no question of such individuals developing haemorrhoids at any time.


 HOW THE CONDITION IS 'NORMALLY 'DIAGNOSED.


When an individual feels that he is having hemorrhoids, he generally seeks to have his condition 'diagnosed' through allopathy.
How do the medicos diagnose the condition? An instrument known as a proctoscope is inserted into the rectum for the purpose. This instrument is expected to be handled gently and it should be well lubricated. It these conditions are not observed during the examination, the rectum (which would already have weak veins in it. ) Would be further injured.
Again immediately after the proctoscope is taken out the patient is asked to strain down, a habit which should not, as pointed out earlier, be indulged even occasionally.
Diet:- Morning and evening say 8 am and 4 PM he may take some raw vegetable juices (of fresh seasonal Saatvic vegetables)or tender coconut water. In the afternoon he can take a plate of raw vegetable salads and grated coconut without any salt. At night a small number of cereals may be taken by him with a plate of raw vegetables and steamed vegetables. The food should be thoroughly chewed eaten frugally. Refined and denatured foods should be strictly avoided. Stimulants like tea, coffee, spices, condiments, milk, and its products, Soybeans and its products. Should Also not form part of the daily menu at any time.


OTHER APPLICATIONS.


SUN basking has a salutary effect on the overall health of the patient, every day he should go in the early sunlight, here light rays are health-promoting. Follow it by a normal cold water bath.
Rhythmic breathing and non-violent pranayama are also desirable and should be restored to.
