Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic).In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning.
Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened and alcohol makes it all the more vulnerable. Our metabolism is surely going to become a slow leading high cholesterol problem.
The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution.
Eat:
The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.
The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based.
- One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during evening time to accelerate metabolism.
- High selenium diet which is peanuts, almonds, mushroom, etc helps to increase the function of the thyroid.
- One raw garlic two hours after the noon meal will help in reducing triglycerides faster.
Exercise:
- Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
- Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
- Cat and Cow pose helps in increasing the function of the thyroid gland.
Meditation:
In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.
Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.
A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.
Sleep:

As you have already mentioned, you have made the changes by following the wellcure advice and it must be acknowledged. Your low health which had been continuing for a long time it is getting corrected with proper food habit change. It will take some more time, keep striving. Now let’s understand the reason and the cure,
Hypothyroidism is also known as underactive thyroid disease and it is a common form of the disease occurring because of the underproduction of thyroid hormones.
It can be corrected but when it is left untreated for a long time, it may also lead to complications related to hot especially among people with low-density lipoprotein. Leading to an increase in cholesterol.
As you have been observing and rightly so, whenever you consume alcohol, your body starts acting on it and you experience acute cold and cough and blocking of nostrils which also makes it difficult for you to sleep at night. You may perceive it as the body’s increasing receptivity towards the good food. The moment we start giving good food to the body, it starts acting and it becomes very sensitive to the negative and energy depleting food items such as alcohol or any other addiction.
According to Nature Cure principles, our advice to you is:
Focus on ether element: Maintain a gap of 3 hours after having fruits, 5 hours after having a salad, and 10 to 12 hours after the cooked meal. It possible to try to skip 3 meals in a week's time. Focus on sipping the soup if you feel thirsty. The body is not used to the fasting so it may take some time. Go slow.
Air element: Take deep breathing, practices which are easy to perform. Dhanurasana, backward bending asanas will be effective. Spend some time running or rope skipping if possible. Focus on relaxation asanas like sukhasana and Shavasana.
Fire element: Expose your body to the sunlight for 20 minutes. Make sure to cover your head while exposing your body.
Water element: Try taking a bath using different ingredients. Massage your body gently. You may also try a spinal bath and hip bath alternatively as it will help.
Earth element: Take 30 to 40 grams of cucumber along with 10 grams of coriander leaves grind it properly and mix and ml of water to it. Instead of cucumber, you may also take ash gourd juice. Sip it drop by drop.
In the noon, include leafy vegetables along with coconut in the salad. Try to focus on changing the salad ingredient every day to bring the variety on the platter. You may sometimes also use the sprouts. While planning the dinner at night, have two bowls of vegetables with gravy with one bowl of rice or with one portion of Chapati. Try to have an early dinner.
Include rock salt in your food. Focus more on plant-based food. Avoid excess use of oil, spices, and wheat. Replace sugar with jaggery if you are if you have a sweet craving.
Always try to chew your food properly and sip your drinks. Do not have any drinks immediately after having your meal. You can have a drink any liquid only after an hour, ideally.
To facilitate easy bowel movement, you may try toner under the guidance of on Nature cure practitioner. It helps in the specifying of inflammation. Use it with 200ml water and insert it with the help of a pipe inside the rectum. कारण - जैसा कि आपने बताया कि आप वेलक्योर के सजेशन के हिसाब से अपने फूड हैबिट को चेंज कर चुके हैं। इसके लिए आप बधाई के पात्र हैं। चुकी लंबे समय तक आपका स्वास्थ्य मैं कमी था और वह अब धीरे-धीरे फूड हैबिट चेंज करने के वजह से ठीक हो रहा है। इस प्रक्रिया में कुछ समय अवश्य लगेगा। जो रोग के नाम आपने उल्लेख में दिया है उसके कारण और निवारण पर मैं अब बात करती हूं।
हाइपोथायरायडिज्म को अंडरएक्टिव थायराइड रोग भी कहा जाता है। यह एक सामान्य विकार है। यह तब होता है जब आपकी थायरॉयड ग्रंथि पर्याप्त थायरॉयड हार्मोन नहीं बना पाती है।
हाइपोथायरायडिज्म से हृदय से संबंधित रोगों के होने का जोखिम भी बढ़ जाता है। मुख्य रूप से अंडरएक्टिव थायरॉयड से पीड़ित लोगों का लो-डेनसिटी-लिपोप्रोटीन (Low-Density Lipoprotein, LDL) कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर बढ़ जाता है।
पिछले कुछ दिनों से आप ऑब्जर्व कर रहे हैं कि जब आप अल्कोहल लेते हैं तो आपको सर्दी जुकाम और नाक बंद होने की स्थिति हो जाती है। जिसमें से आप रात को सो नहीं पाते हैं वह इसलिए हो रहा है क्योंकि अल्कोहल शरीर में एसिड की मात्रा को बढ़ा देता है और एसिड की मात्रा बढ़ जाने से म्यूकस में इंफेक्शन हो जा रहा है जिसका परिणाम स्वरूप आप नाक बंद जुखाम जैसे अनुभव कर रहे हैं। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति के अनुसार किसी भी रोग के केवल दो ही कारण होते हैं। निष्कासन में अवरोध और खराब हाजमा ऐसा ही इस रोग के कारण है लंबे समय तक खराब हाजमा होने के कारण हमारे थायराइड ग्रंथि में दोष उत्पन्न हो जाता है।
जीवन शैली - 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। हफ्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन, अनुलोम विलोम, पवन मुक्तआसन करें।
पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।
3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। 20 मिनट सूर्य की रोशनी में अपने शरीर को रखें सिर और आंख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक करके 5 मिनट बैक 5 मिनट फ्रंट 5 मिनट लेफ्ट 5 मिनट राइट साइड धूप लगाए। धूप लेट कर लगाने से ज्यादा फायदा करता है।
4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। हफ्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड स्नान और 3 दिन हिप बाथ लें। प्रतिदिन खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। पानी को गर्म या ठंडा ना करें।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise) में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग, धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashgourd ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin) 50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgourd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
